(include any proof): I was trying to raid a Gun Store as CJ but when I got inside and killed the owner he came back and shot me even after I explained to him through the door that he couldn't come back. i kep killing him until the third time when he managed to kill me. He then got his friends to make fun of me for dying and basically harass me. I attempted to raid the base again properly but his friends who WERE NOT basing with him killed me without adverting a counter. The third time this happened they began to prob block me so I used my own props to climb over. While I did this I was RDMed again. I had placed reports on all of them but even 20 minutes later there was no response. At this point I began to take it into my own hands and raided again this time prob blocking the door behind me so I couldn't be RDMed again. Almost immediately an admin teleported me outside and froze me and demanded I undo my props. I said I would and removed the singular prop but they still didn't unfreeze me saying I had to delete the rest. They offered no chance to explain the situation or do so themselves and I found out after several minutes of being frozen that somebody else had prob blocked and the admin assumed it was me even though it didn't have my name on it. At this point I was incredibly frustrated because the admin had taken the 5 minute old report over my 20 something minute old and during this whole situation I was RDMed TWICE in front of the admin by the same person I reported. There was no doubt the admin has seen this but made no effort to assist me even after the second time. It was at this point I decided to distance myself and try to mug someone but I saw a lvl 70 something giving a lower lvl players guns as a gift which were being stolen. I was under the impression that was against the rules because there was no advert so I shot the thief. Not 30 seconds later I was taken to a sit while my report was still unclaimed and frozen in the corner while the admin gave me no chance to explain myself. After all these events and this one admin blowing me off and inappropriately freezing me I was (excuse my language but I think it accurately describes my mood) pissed off and switched jobs to get out of the sit or at least be unfrozen so I could talk to the admin about what happened not frozen on the other side of the box where I couldn't hear. This was ineffective so I left the game because I thought I would juts get a 2 day to 1 week ban which would be preferable to having to sit in a corner while the admin refused to listen to me and treat me like I wasn't there. Why should your ban be removed?:My ban should be removed because I was not trying to leave to avoid punishment but was trying to get away from the admin before I did something I regretted more and resulting in a worse punishment. I also don't know if that counted as RDM but if I wasn't allowed to shoot the guy stealing guns than I understand that part. In short I left with the intent of a punishment as it was better than the alternative. I dont know the admins name because I forgot it and don't know how to find it but if you can find who they are I'm sure their recording should show the part where I was RDMed twice. (include any proof): I logged off earlier this week and now here I am with an extremely long Ban because I apparently did MRDM. The only killing I did was PD officers during a raid and when I saw one RDAing. (also I don't record myself playing because that's what people who try to get people banned do so I don't have any proof. Before you deny this because of that I would like to see the Admins proof)Why should your ban be removed?: Because I never committed MRDM and never even knew about this ban until 3 days after I last played.

I’m not wasting my time on the format because I was banned for mass RDM when in actuality it wasn’t. I was misinformed about the raid cooldown timer and I raided someone 4 times in 15 minutes. Technically since the first raid was valid it was only three kills and not MRDM. I was trying to explain this when I was given the ban mid sentence. Please repeal this very obvious mistake.

I had no idea what fading door abusing was and I wasn't breaking NLR because I was trying to go to my home during a lockdown. They then kept me in a sit for 10 minutes not telling me anything while this guy takes 10 minutes to watch his recording so he can tell exactly what I did wrong and still wouldn't explain to me what it meant. 1800 nick seemed to be having a private conversation with the reporter and didn't say a single word to me through text or voice chat. the entire server was saying "fuck the admins" in chat while 1800 nick was on duty. HORRIBLE ADMIN PLEASE GET RID OF HIM. (there are more details to this in my report on XxTheKingRebelxX)

I had taken down my building sign because I was going to go through the alley and place the keypads for the fading doors. It would seem this guy was waiting for me to take the building sign down because he ran ahead of me and jumped over the gates and started picking the lock. I then tried to shoot him but he killed me and then because I didn't know it was a raid I returned because I wanted to be in my base since there was a lockdown declared. he then killed me twice and I assumed he was just taking over the store to sell his own guns and not a raid. Then he calls an admin on me saying I was "fading door abusing" and "breaking NLR". I had no idea what fading door abusing was and I wasn't breaking NLR because I was trying to go to my home during a lockdown and not even trying to kill him. Another note is this guy sounded like a huge jerk and was being very obnoxious along with making me sit in the admin sit for 10 minutes so I left to stop them for coming up with more bullshit to punish me for. In summary XxThe KingRebelxX was trying to get me in trouble just because he could, didnt even explain to me what was going on and wasted my time while being a jerk. I think he is a horrible player and I hope he is domoted.
