Neutral Gonna have to agree with Schyzo & Omnipotent on this one. The paragraphs are relatively bare and the writing mechanics need refining (i.e. lack of capitalization). The only thing I can ascertain from your paragraphs after reading is that you can be available. During these times that you mentioned, I have seen a relatively decent amount of staff online who do enforce the rules. The fact that you have no experience isn't a disqualifier in and of itself, but considering the other criticisms put forth regarding your application it doesn't help. I cannot recall any experiences with you, but I bet you're a great guy. I think that through an increase in playtime you will be able to become more intertwined with the GG community, and with that plus a more refined/developed application I see no reason why you couldn't be a great addition to the Staff Team in the future. It has become apparent to me that somebody got a bit triggered regarding my feedback and has seemed to take time out of their day to be hostile by projecting their insecurities onto me. I would like to take a chance to further clarify for those who seemed to miss the surface-level intent/motivation to my feedback. Contrary to this "unnamed" person's ridiculous belief, I didn't -1 Radio Guy because of the lack of capitalization. This was a form of constructive feedback that I provided to Radio Guy in hopes that if he has to put in a future application that it would be more likely to be accepted. The lack of capitalization can come across as low effort when writing something, and I have nothing but support for Radio for his future endeavors. It is grossly obvious that some people (those who were provoked by this simple feedback) had an awful experience in their English/Writing-Intensive courses in grade school and have been looking forward to the day that they can voice their insecurities towards others. And remember kids if you are an adult, let alone over the age of 20, to utilize calling someone over the internet a virgin as your goto insult when you literally know 0 about them is a bulletproof way to demonstrate that you are ridiculously insecure about yourself or that you are chronically online and ignorant to how the world spins. Also, it seems like Radio Guy has been extremely perceptive to everybody's constructive criticism and has made all revisions that have been recommended. Due to this perceptive and respectable attitude, I am changing from -1 to neutral. I think that this level of care effectively conveys the level of effort and interest that you have regarding your application and because of this, I think you could potentially be a good addition to the team. Hello vdot! You are correct in the fact that I did administer this warn. It is classified as FailRP to destroy printers during a raid. You admitted to doing this in the sit, and there is a screenshot attached showing this and the attitude that you carried during this sit. On the other note, I had a feeling that you would notice that Dekster and I joined up with each other to base and form a party a while after your dispute with him. Dekster is someone I took the opportunity to befriend a while after your sit as I am always seizing the opportunity to base with and help out new players. I went ahead and took a preemptive screenshot to show that ALL of this was a good amount of time after the sit I conducted between the two of you. In the screenshot you can see where Dekster reached out to me inquiring about the possibility of basing, and where I created the party & invited him. After Dekster and I became acquainted, I quit taking any sits that involved him in any manner as it is imperative to avoid all conflicts of interest. I have had the honor of being staff on at least four DarkRP servers, once on a sandbox server, and once on a Star Wars RP server. I also have experience in starting a few communities on different games that would regularly have over 100 members in them. Two of the games in which I developed a strong community were “Star Wars Battlefront 2” and “Halo 4”. Why should we choose you over other applicants?: The first reason why I think I would be an effective addition to the staff team is the prior administration experience that I have in Gmod. As I stated previously, I have had the honor to be staff on at least 4 DarkRP servers, a sandbox server, and a Star Wars RP server. I helped start up and craft the staff team for three of the DarkRP servers, and the experience I have had staffing would effectively translate to my time staffing for Garnet if I am lucky enough to have the opportunity. Through this staffing experience, I have learned how to have as much of a positive effect on the community as possible. One of my favorite things that stemmed from me being staff was the relationships that I was able to cultivate with members of the community, which is something that I have already taken enjoyment in doing during my time in Garnet. Another reason why I think I’d be a beneficial addition to the staff team is because of the level of value I place on being just.
