Hello Nurfy, thanks for making a report to see what the punishment is for scamming when it comes to in game money, I've asked a couple Admins and they don't even know so we will see I guess. You were given money for bail and you decided to keep the money and NOT bail Coopa because it wasn't the correct outrageous amount, you said he basically "donated" it at that point which I don't believe anyone else would agree with. You mention having an RP reason for not wanting to give the money back but in these screenshots the reason was, "I want it" and "I like how it is now, closer to 8figs." 8figs meaning you were closer to $10,000,000. When I asked you, "you are set on not giving him his money back, right?" your response was "what is the punishment" so if it was a light punishment would you gladly keep the money that you shouldn't have in the first place? When it comes to me telling you it would be a four day ban I didn't know what the punishment is for scamming, (although I'm almost positive it's something taken more seriously than FailRP) but I did immediately attempt to contact Gaming Carrot before this report was made in an attempt to get some clarification for myself and I assure you if you were banned I would have corrected your punishment based on his feedback. In the end it all worked out though, you did give Coopa the money back after a somewhat painful sit, you weren't punished at all, and now we get to laugh at my mistake as a Moderator. FailRP because you were requesting a bail amount way too high, FailRP again because you were a Spartan demanding bail money, and I believe scamming would be a separate category of rule breaking but for NITRP there needs to be three. So unless scamming by itself would be four days then that was an incorrect move on my part, I fired from the hip and we will see what happens. +1 Coopa is a good dude. I've interacted with him consistently since he started playing on the server and can honestly say I think he would be a good staff member. He has played a ton within two months on the server and I am confident in his knowledge of the rules, especially since he reports people a lot for breaking them. I learned a lot of the punishments based off of reporting people so I feel like that only helps his case. I would have liked to see two large paragraphs but because I know you I don't really need them, best of luck Coopa!

Incredible detective work as always Bob, even used my sit with him as part of your post. While I obviously saw logs that made the ARDM pretty clear, it's still disappointing you lied right to me in the sit saying you only kill cops when they try to arrest you and Bob showed us the exact opposite. On top of that you are argumentative in sits and in general with other players, unfortunately my pc ran out of storage tonight so a few clips didn't happen but I at least have one clip of an interaction with you before the ARDM sit. The following points should be replaced with something about you that would help the staff team: Admins are cool, being big smoke a lot, not basing, not using printers, being banned twice, being better than dill dough, etc. Think of it like you're selling a set of skills you possess.

Over 900 hours in the server I thought I was going crazy since I didn’t remember you, thank you Orion for your detective work. Other replies to your post make good points as well. I would highly recommend you to keep the paragraphs as fluff-free as possible if you decide to apply again. I believe we want the paragraphs to be all about you and the skills you can offer our team, not have the whole first paragraph be about two extreme examples of bad admins. I think it’s super cool that you’re an EDM DJ and there has to be some people skills you’ve acquired through that unique job right? +1 Great app, great guy, great staff member back when I met him a couple years ago. When I met Farmer I had just decided try and farm for money/exp for the first time. I built a base in the bank and bought any printers I could. Farmer stopped by, said he liked what I was doing and wanted to help. He dropped his printers for me for free and I farmed them all night along with any other claim printers I could get, he would drop by and chill with me in-between taking sits. This happened a few different times and we would hang out and raid together on plenty of other occasions. I usually don’t have much to say on most applications but for Farmer I can without a doubt say he would be a great staff member who will actually take sits and is proven to help people like me trying to figure something out for the first time. As a full time Mayor who LOVES filling the jail up while taxing everyone to death, I agree with this. As a citizen who gets arrested and already has to rely on luck by spawning with a lock-pick, then hope there are no cops near the jail for the duration of lock-picking, THEN have to make it all the way to the pd lobby just to be able to shoot any pig that looks at me, I disagree with this. Lock-picking can also be used to keep a cop in the jail by lock-picking, pretending to escape, not leaving the cell and waiting for the cop to lock it back up then rinse and repeat. I think the rule should stay because the inmates already have so little hope to make it out. Alternatively I guess an inmate who just has a lock-pick out could stand there and wait for a cop to leave, but the cop would stay and wait for them to lock-pick, creating the time wasting effect I mentioned before. Leave the rule in so inmates have that glimmer of hope and it keeps it fun for them.

You two seemed to be beefing pretty seriously and i agreed with the other guy. Sucks I did that because I recognize you as a vet of the server and I definitely didn't mean for it to be taken as toxic, I was doing it as banter not thinking about how serious you guys were being. I was the guy hosting the hobo Casino that you raged at and maaaaan it was so fun. Not only were you jokingly raging and shooting at the glass but when you were jailed you asked to be jailed right next to the casino so you could still gamble. you killing Errol at my casino might not have been the best move if you wanted to apply for staff a couple days after but it was one of the most fun (and profitable) times I've ever had on DarkRP. +1 wish you the best!

Thank you to everyone who has replied so far I appreciate it! To give anyone else some context about the "minge" comments, (this is the only thing i can think of that people could be talking about) my playstyle lately has been to become the mayor and get the town to hate me with the laws i make in order to have two sides that dislike and fight each other, the PD and the citizens. Guns, vapes, raid tools, and throwing boots gets you arrested which is understandably minge. My ban history and that playstyle lately probably means I won't get the staff position but I NEVER accomplish anything in life first try ha-ha. I've read a lot of other denied apps and this really seems like a constructive process so that I can improve and not a "No you will never be staff" kind of thing. I'm going to stop being the mayor, (or at least THAT kind of mayor) and branch out more so that next time people will +1 just from what they hear about me! I exceed the minimum requirements and a lot of the staff already knows me and knows I understand the rules. I also have reported a lot of players so I feel I understand the decision making process by admins pretty well. I don't have any previous staff experience BUT that means I'm a clean slate for learning how exactly Garnetgaming moderates it's DarkRP server. I only play DarkRP on Garnetgaming's server as well so I won't get any rulesets from other servers confused with this one. I've had jobs that required me to multitask at a computer so I feel that would definitely help with managing sits as a staff member. I'm receptive to criticism so any correction or lesson will only make me better. I'm a relaxed guy who won't get flustered by anything or anybody and will do well assisting this community as a member of staff.
