I don't record all the time... you can see i have 34 hours of game time in Garnet, I play a lot and i really try to follow the rules and even if something does come up i try and make amends with the person it happened to. And at times when there wasn't any staff I have done what I can within the server to prevent people from ruining the fun of other people such as mass prop blocking the spawn and rdm'ing, Chappie can vouch for that. I understand you can't do much because I don't have video proof, but if there was anyway you could possibly lessen the punishment of 7 days. I understand what happened and will take more precaution so I don't create another fiasco such as this. I'm sorry and hope we can work on an agreement.

Either way... did you read the part about the KOS sign and exotic being inside the base? that falls inside KOS specifications if i do believe

Okay the logs show that they were killed by me... that was never denied... did you read the part about the KOS sign? And yes i was a mercenary for DocNDandy who did do damage to them and owned the KOS sign and pm'd me saying they were "raiding and shooting" and roy is angry from another sit with a party member of mine and wasnt there, you only heard the ts discussion lmao

(include any proof):Exotic and people in his party were outside the base i was a mercenary for where there was a "KOS if inside or raiding" and Exotic was standing within the doorway of an open door and I was pm'd that they were raiding so when I came over i shot Exotic and his buddy but because I had a Spas shotgun it has a spread and i killed someone named Beast who was in my party with low hp and he died when I fired at exotic and his party member. Then in my admin situation with Dark, he didn't say anything but read the logs and assume Mass RDM before administering me a 7 day ban. Why should your ban be removed?: It was a complete misunderstanding on all parts, because I was originally reported for RDM, but because of the KOS sign and me being a mercenary for the guy who owned the sign, me killing the player inside the building and his party member was justified and the third guy who was in my party was okay with what happened and i talked to him and how he was low hp and everything, but then when I got pulled into the sit with Dark and Exotic, I tried explaining to Exotic what I saw from my point of view and that I was sorry for killing him even though he didn't /advert raid but i explained to him how the KOS sign was there but he didn't really care and just asked repetitively for punishment as i was even offering to compensate Exotic and his friend for whatever gear they may have lost, I feel as if i tried handling the situation the best I could and i don't think i deserve a 7 day ban for that.
