Then, there he was. The truest form of evil, an impersonator of god and men, Street Jesus. I was absolutely flabbergasted at the very idea this man dared to walk among others, being the cretin he was. As I approached, another being made his presence known. The mighty respectable and all around pussy slayer, HG Currently Baked. If there was one man that could handle my incessant and ear rattling yelling about random shit at 3 in the morning, it would be him. As I walked up to him, I requested of good sir Baked "May I shoot upon this devil, to find out what is really going on?" Baked simply said "If you want to", knowing giving me full permission would cause a plague upon this earth even the rings of halo could not quash. And with his permission that wasn't actually permission, and fucking dorked on that hoe, putting 8,756,823 rounds into the center mass of his ass cheeks. This however, was not the last time I saw this mighty foe. As with the actual jesus, he rose from the dead to shoot me with a dragonlore, a weapon i soon came to find out he is a very bad shot with. This began a world shaking event of me mostly being killed by him totally because I wouldnt shoot anyone for any reason at all, I swear, and logs dont tell the truth all the time! If they did, we wouldnt need clips everytime someone claims we farted on them. Anywho, after a back and forth which mostly consisted of him trying to rdm me, just to get shot then run away like a 10 year old who was told they cant have ice cream for dinner, We were brought to a sit. In the most proffesional and respectable manner I have ever mustered, I plainly and politely explained my situation to the good sir Baked, while Street Jesus ran around yelling Allahu Ackbar, which was quite strange given his profession as the son of rap god. In short, I was banned for NITRP, which is silly, as I was Roleplaying the man, who simply wanted to find out...what's really going on around here? And I found out what is going on... Staff is overworked is whats going on. Seriously, Baked was the only one taking sits even though there were other admins on, and he was still willing to deal with Me, the best person you've never met, and Street Jesus, a man who has very small fingers. Baked is a GOAT, admins need to stop going afk and leaving it all to one dude, who, unlike me, isnt there to find out whats going on. Why should your ban be removed?: Because I am a nice guy

I tried talking to Ghostieee about it but he randomly died for no reason, so in an effort to find someone to tell me whats going on, I ensured everyone respawned so I can ask them at spawn just what the heck is going on here? Then thats when the first tragedy happened. I died bro. So I respawned to ask what the heck happened but a few or alot of people died some more and to be honest, I did too. As a victim of dying, I think I should be unbanned as I wasnt the only one dying, and was just trying to find out what was going on.Why should your ban be removed?: Just trying to figure out what the heck was going on around there?

+1 As someone who is weary of children and their more than obvious inclinations for using dads credit card for in app purchases (Looking at LendingTrees story on 46% of parents with phone savvy kids having done so, along with an AppleInsider story on one who spent over 16k), this would be beneficial. Not only that but very few people I have seen do offer in game currency for irl money, and when they do, the most likely people to go for it are the average aged players who go from 13-16, respectively. My only suggestion would be not to ban it, but in fact, facilitate it in a way where it'd be actually beneficial to both parties, and the server. Set a limit on how much can be sold at a time, make it to where it is locked behind a VIP role, something to prevent just anyone from selling in game cash for amounts that'll get some 14 year old grounded by pops when they see the bill next month.

I believe a became confused somewhere down the line, did staff rules not mean the ones for the staff application, or did it mean the in game rules? I read through all this a few days ago and may have forgotten what set of rules it is I am supposed to be looking at.

Past experiences as staff: None on GMOD, but I have admined discord servers with 10k+ members before, ran organized and dedicated pedo hunting groups, etc. I know what enforcing should entail more or less, at any rate. Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] - First and foremost, my activity. Though you will find mods on at all times of day, I tend to be most active when others aren't around to respond to sits. Many cases of trolls prop blocking spawn could have been easily handled had I the ability to take care of it. Not only that, but I am very present within the rp community, always interacting with everyone, giving money and not guns out for free, to help ensure a positive rp experience for all. I also know how to look at a situation and realize when someone is using obvious loopholes, and can handle punishments accordingly. But I can also see when genuine mistakes are made, and people being genuinely apologetic to a situation does need to be taken into context. My general demeanor and attitude is also a good choice for mod. Now, I can get a bit miffed like everyone else, but when it comes to dishing out sits, I am always neutral. I also can be a dedicated sit responder, and am far more than normal, willing to handle every single one that pops into my screen. It seems that the staff is often overwhelmed, sometimes when the morning crowd hits and its one mod versus 36 hooligans. And that is one thing I believe should count me among a top choice for mod. My only true desire to apply was to assist overwhelmed mods in the mornings when it is active with trolls, as I have seen whole servers be disrupted by 3 or 4 trolls with a genuine know how of how to pb en masse.
