I understand now, thank you for clarifying it. I see now that there has been a huge misunderstanding, I recall what would have happened. As you can see in the clips, I didn't actually look up to see you guys because I had just come back from being AFK and was literally using my touchpad to collect my prints, I kept my view angle constant so I was able to just use my arrow keys and not have to have a mouse plugged in (I use a laptop). Also, I had my sound muted because when I'm AFK I have all my stuff unplugged and muted. I agree that a warn is justified because it was a failbase, as I mentioned I had forgot to put keypads down, my bad. But due to the unfortunate circumstances I don't know if the ban is justified, I just got unlucky with the timing.

If the staff member who banned me wants to explain what I did wrong (which they didn't do preventing me from actually fixing it) that would be great so I can not do it in future but I don't think the ban is fair. I only play this server certain times during the year and this ban duration is for the length of time I have left to play for a while so It's not very fair that I'm left in the dark. What I am suggesting should have happened is that I be left in an admin sit room or something similar so that when I come back from being AFK I am able to fix what was wrong, or I just get kicked and NOT banned for exceeding the warn limit, as I believed to be usually commonplace? Look mike, if you're gonna go to this much of an effort to keep me banned (and yes you did report me on others' behalf because i only killed you once which would be a jail not a ban), i'm not sure this is worth it. And i'm not sure you should be so quick to call it a "self control" issue, you're a player on a gmod server, not some sort of holy idol. If you look to assist people or continue to speak in the manner that you do, i advise not to do it on a ban appeal forum. Hey i'm glad you enjoy standing around with a physgun waiting for someone to kill you and then visiting the forum though, maybe i'm not the one who should be looking into their character after all.

Hey Mike, in the clip where i MRDM, i was doing it in response to the other player killing two players. But, thank you for the passive agressivness regardless I should add, he killed the new guy i was helping (R3DRED). That's why... I don't understand why you didn't report the player who killed those 2 but then reported me?

Why should ban be removed - I was teaching a new player about the game and gave them a gun, then they went around doing some shooting so I helped out. Usually staff members and high level players do this with lower level players with no consequences, and i thought Mike11 would see it in good spirits as he had no perks. Didn't mean to cause him any inconvenience, just wanted to introduce a new player to the server and have fun while i did it (because i have seen many others do the same without a ban, presumably because they are staff). This is all pretty pedantic now. My final point is that you shouldn't wait until MRDM to report or tell the person killing you to stop just so you can ban them for 2 weeks. As I said, they were engaging in the battle by running at me trying to arrest me. Pretty sure most of the arrests were false anyway, still don't know what it was I was doing wrong. Certainly don't think it was worth the 2 week ban. At this stage we're a week in from the ban, can we decide whether this is going to be accepted or denied so that we can be done here and see whether the person who banned me gets away with their tactic of waiting to up the consequence from a jail to a 2 week ban (which for some reason is the gap between killing the same person twice and thrice...) This is the level of detail I use when I fly my plane, not when I talk about a ban in Gmod.

With all due respect i don't think it's my responsibility to ask someone if they have a problem with me killing them after they've promoted the behaviour by arresting me repeatedly and attempting to continue doing so during the "battle". Therefore i don't believe that should have any effect on the ban appeal. In addition, i was acting "mingy" in the sit because, as was the case, i knew i would get banned (the person who reported me is known for doing this type of stuff and enjoys getting people banned, after we were talking the day before AND they had prop blocked me while i allowed them and did not report them). If we are going to start talking about responsibility, virtues and behaviour in sits then this should be considered on their end.

They didn't care after the 1st or 2nd time and simply continued trying to arrest me. Why should it be removed - Not fair that they switch on after the 3rd time (whilst being seemingly fine with the battle we were having) in order to WAIT for it to be MRDM and then report me to get me banned for 2 weeks. Pretty unjust and sad thing to do. Had they told me to stop (or just reported me) after the first kill there would have been no problem. Instead they waited for the obvious reason of getting me banned for 2 weeks rather than jailed for 2 minutes. Claimed they lost perks of which they had none, all round unprofessional admin sit and stupid ban.

They didn't say anything after the first and second time (and continued to try arrest me) so i assumed we were fine with having a battle with one another. Next thing i know, i'm in a sit and get MRDM ban for killing one person 3 times. Not really sure that's completely fair. Timezone - EAST Time and date - 12:30PM, 15/04/23 (EAST time, Australian Date) Clip - You can see 4 of the second set of 8 dissapear as Cum Slinger logs out. In the clip you can hear me talking to him about getting the 400k from the other 8 (which had already logged) back, at which point he says "bruh" and logs out.
