The question is asking how you as a GM would enable RP for players on the server. I would recommend rephrasing your answer because it did not really answer the question. "While I have my ideas for RP," - please share some of those ideas here. I would also recommend actually answering every question on the application. Your campaign looks very well thought out which is always good to see, but the application asks for 5 event ideas total. Maybe for your 5th event you could describe a training or an on-world instead. Please list specific names for this so we can get an accurate look at your referrals. Overall, not a bad application by any means. Just make sure you complete all parts of the application.

Using AI for your event ideas, arguably the most important part of the application, is not okay and I am tempted to deny your application immediately for it. AI is a popular tool for GMs to use when coming up with things such as a well written event briefing script, or to conceptualize an initial plan. However, its clear that you just copy and pasted these from whatever AI tool you chose and didn't change them or add any details whatsoever. If you want to be a GM you need to be able to show that you can come up with creative event ideas on your own. Also, You are applying to join the GM team. As part of a team, you must be willing to pick up the slack when others within your team and division are falling behind. That's how being on a team works. You'll have 1 week to come up with your own event ideas and edit your application. If it's not done by then, the application will be denied and you can reapply again in 2 weeks.
