Good QoL idea. It's pretty easy to miss a PM if you're not paying attention, even if you just added extra text it'd work. Personally I'd rather the [PM] indicator be a different colour but anything would be better than its current state tbh. +1

As others say, if it could replace Deadshot that might be alright. Three separate hitman jobs is kinda excessive but I imagine this could have some kind of interesting flavour. Though I'm not sure how long of a shelf life it'll have. Neutral

Confirming referral. I haven't known Pies for a ton of time (since he's admitted he's only been here for under a month) but he is definitely very active, fun and always seems to know his stuff. Of course we do share a clan together so we've had a lot more interactions lately, but I do think that Pies is a smart guy and flexibility to learn new things or to empathise is a skill we need on the team more. After all, as a moderator you're dealing with people all day for all sorts of things, we should try our best to help and understand even the most minor of infractions. Rooting for you, man. Adding my referral. I'm gonna be honest with you I was pretty hesitant to write anything here after this whole debacle about if you were using AI for your staff app. I've played a bit with you before and you seem like a pretty solid guy, that and you also were T. Admin before is at least showing me you have been a trusted community member before. I had no doubts of your qualifications, and I don't know in your heart of hearts if you did use a program, but if that is accurate I'm not very pleased about that. You still get my +1 due to your experience and good record as far as I'm concerned, but I'm gonna start asking to see people's apps before future referrals are given.

This is a bit of a disaster. We have a format to follow when you apply, and we sort of expect you to take the time to read up on the application rules before applying. Next time you apply, please follow the correct format. Plus I have absolutely no idea who you are and I'm kind of a no-lifer on the server. Better luck next time, friend. -1

As long as it's away from vital areas of the map (i.e. tunnels) that should not be blocked or impeded, I'm generally for it. I saw some folks building a hobo community on the beach some weeks ago and it was kinda fun seeing what they were building. I only really had issues when they would fence off parts of the road (especially the ones using keypads I'm calling you out specifically) and required you to use a keypad or a button to enter or pass through the hobo city. I know some people hate the giant plate box builds and at times I can too, but I do enjoy a bit of creativity so long as it doesn't interrupt RP or break any serious rules. +1

As the others have said, this is not a particularly good application. Not only do you have less than the required 72 hours (at minimum) asked of you before you apply, but your paragraphs are very lacking and have almost no substance to them. As I said on a previous application also, saying that you won't abuse your powers IMO is hardly a strength in your favour, and really is just an expectation put onto you by the process of applying. And you also did not read the staff rules clearly enough. I will always say to applicants who do not write good apps, study the apps that came before you. Familiarise yourself with what it is that got other applicants approved (i.e. formatting good paragraphs, what to write), re-read the server and staff rules (there's something that you missed which is very important) and try and get your hours up as well. 15 hours is honestly not enough time to have gotten used to the inner workings of the server, to bond with community members and even to get to know our team. If you want a head start on meeting staff, you can always contact me in-game if there's anything you need to know. Otherwise though, good luck next time. Come back with a bit more experience and perhaps you'll have some more folks rooting for you. -1

I may have had an issue or two when I first bumped into you (I think we were doing cop stuff) but over time these past few days you've been a pretty chill guy. I can't attest to how adept you are with the rules but if Buster is acknowledging that then who am I to doubt that? I've interacted with you a little in the game, and while at times it can be a bit annoying to talk to you since you often times play without sound, overall I think you're a solid dude. I'll run down what I think of this app. Pros: -Age -Playtime -No warns/minimal bans -Paragraphs are short but say all they need to Cons: -Did not thorougly read the staff rules As many have pointed out, staff rules were not something you keenly took a look at. You might want to take a look and update that soon. Neutral for now but rectify this and you could get my vote, because everything else in your app IMO is solid. While I've been on this server when you were last on the team, you were rather upstanding and did a good job with handling any reports I may have either placed or been placed in by others. I was taken aback when you got that perm ban earlier in the year, and while I get Garnet's zero-tolerance for that kinda thing I know it was a huge misunderstanding and was happy to see you come back. Otherwise you did read the rules (obviously) and you've got the activity that we need back on the team. I don't doubt that if you're accepted again you will do a good job! Good luck brother. +1

While I would have initially dinged you for missing the certain thing in the staff rules, I do think that since you fixed it I have no reason to bonk you about it. Like chawhead said this would be unnecessary to add. Even though the in-game Rules menu does not list every single rule for every single job, you are expected to either read them on the server or check the forums out if you have any questions. Hell, even ask mods/admins if you're unsure, I'll always be available to help if you have questions. For that reason, -1

As much as prop limit can be annoying, I don't want to imagine a server of like 70-90 players all being able to spawn in like 70 props each. Can't imagine even with great hardware that it's going to be especially fun to deal with all those entities. And as for the Hobo/DJ builds people are mentioning, if you're having trouble making something under 35 for Hobo or DJ that kind of is a skill issue. -1

If this is indeed about giving a heads-up for server reset, I would agree. I've never been on for server reset but the idea of not knowing would be daunting especially if you have a lot of money printers. Even a 5-10 minute heads up would be nice. +1

I will say that you do have a well-written application and meet a lot of requirements, which is always appreciated. And I do also appreciate that, as a Romanian, you function in a timezone that might be a bit of a blind spot for our staff team (since a big number of us are in the U.S. or Canada) and could fill such a role. That being said, while you did fix your staff application I would assume that since you were told by Conway, that you might not have been as thorough with your reading of the rules as initially claimed. I don't expect you to know every single minute detail by heart but the staff rules specifically are a sort-of litmus test to catch people who may have missed something important. As well as being under the minimum age requirement, I am curious since you mentioned you used Grammarly for this app. My best side assumes it's for any issues with language since you say that Romanian is your first language and not that you put it through AI, but I won't hold that against you without proper evidence. Otherwise though, I don't really know you all that well and I have heard almost no mention of you to the best of my knowledge. I might be willing to change my opinion but for now I'm a bit hesitant to put a +1 on your application. Neutral for now, but I will keep an eye out for you and try to interact with you a bit in-game. Perhaps I can change my opinion once I get to know you.

While my initial introduction to you was not exactly good, lately you've made an effort to be an active and good member of our community. I always see you running some kind of base or just chatting with people, and as someone whose time on this server is mostly dedicated to interacting with the community I appreciate that. Your app is quite well-written and while of course your hours do just meet the requirement, ChrisRid said it best that hours itself do not always correlate to lack of experience. For sure agree with a price reduction for the crates. I have a lot of money to throw around but the cost to even unbox an explosives crate (not to mention getting the key for it which is also RNG) and getting something that's worth a fraction of the cost of the crate is not exactly tantalizing. 10 mil for me makes a bit more sense at the very least for that. +1
