Now I see it as, Hobos arent allowed to build on roofs because they belong to the owners of base (Which hobos cant own bases obviously) It should be stated in building rules which then applies to everyone. Thats in hobo rules only.

It should be stated more clearly in motd if someone can build on roofs(Not an admin roof). With that, I would also like to know if you can build on roofs?

Can he just get unbanned. If not given a warn, given one for his obstruct advert? Yeah its obvious his intentions were not to Mass RDM becsuse anyone he killed was involved in his raid.
