Nobody said anything about it being interpreted as trying to crash the server until we were banned. The issue was that it was prop minge, and since it technically wasnt because the rules dont state making noise as prop minge.

I know nothing about servers or coding, But i know 100% if it was lagging the server, people would be spamming in chat "LAAGG" And if it was lagging the server instead of just lagging your pc, all voice chat would be choppy, which it wasnt. I will apologize for lagging anyone near me but i didnt think it was as serious as it was because the staff just removed our props and when we asked for which rule we were breaking they flew off. I will own up to it being minging but i will not own up to attempting to crash the server, because i wasnt.

Im just going to stop before this gets heated, as an argument doesnt help either side. My actions were childish and i will man up to them, But as someone with no prior warns, jails or bans, and with no intent to crash the server, a month is a little harsh imo. It was a 2 sided thing with both sides antagonizing one another, and the blank name guy made me act in spite. nitrp or failrp would be a reasonable shortening. But there was no attempted server crash

Yes i did, there was the hobo lord, the gun dealer and another hobo named connor mcgregor that kept going but i literally said "im trying to apply for mod so im done with that"

Exactly. Some animated materials cause more stress on the servers than color changes. I wouldn't even know how to crash a server if i wanted to.

(include any proof): I was a hobo and the hobo lord told me to spam color on and off of props. I was doing it purely for a rp intent as the hobo lord was having a ransom money to stop making noise. the Blank Square admin came and told us to stop and was very rude about it, saying "im right and your wrong idiots" But i stopped, Because i was applying for moderator soon and i didnt want to ruin my chances. but i stayed around because it was super funny. Nakila came and shot another guy who was doing the same thing that i was doing before and he reported him for rdm, Which Nakila took and resolved immediatly, Then nakila came, Phys gunned both of us and jailed us, then banned us. He did not even jail or ban the person that started it and if he did i was gone already. I stopped after the first warning and when he jailed me i said he was doing it to the wrong guy. None of us had intent to crash the server as color change does not cause lag at all and we were doing it on as small of props as possible. They did such an extreme ban because they couldnt ban them for prop minging because it doesnt state anything about making noise. If guilty by association is true for gmod, then sure i deserve the ban, But i stopped after the warning and was just there laughing. Why should your ban be removed?: Because i would never do anything with the intent of crashing any server. I was simply in the wrong place at the wrong Time. Evolve was there the whole time and he would tell you the same thing. I wasnt the guilty one. I know it is my word against the admins , and i have no recording, so the likely hood of this being appealed is slim to none. But if this achieves one thing, The admins (other than evolve) stated in this report/appeal are terribly rude and abusive, so i hope that gets changed. You should choose me over other applicants because i am very strict on the rules. I am leniant for newer players but i think rules are set in stone and unless the person who placed the report says otherwise, the person should be punished. I enjoy staffing very much and it is very satisfying to give back to the game and the communitys that have given me so many hours of fun. For me staffing is very important because we are the backbones of the game and the experience we leave on playes directly affects the reputation of the game, and the server. I applyed because there is not a lot of admins on during the middle of the night (1-3 am) and i could fill that role nicely, as that is the time am usually on during the weekends. Yes i was banned for RMD when i was very new to the game and didnt understand the rules. the admin thought i was just joining to grief. Have you made any previous applications, If so when? No I am able to play 1-4 hours a day on weekdays, and 3-8 hours on weekends and i usually am on a lot. you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?
