+1 I think this is a good idea. Making it somewhat easier to level up mostly as a new player, cause I've seen many people leave, because it's hard for them to level up, when they try they get raided or it takes a long time, so they leave. I think this would help newer players want to stay around, because they are able to lvl up faster, and be able to do more jobs.

+1 I feel like this is a good idea, adds more rp, and add more onto a class not a lot of people play on, so maybe more people enjoy playing bartender.

-1 I do agree with what Scampeer said, maybe reducing the price and such. I get buying perks over and over is annoying but perm, or even temp perm just seems like it would cause more of a negative outcome.

+1 I agree 100%. When I first joined Garnet, I would play as a gun dealer most of the time. But I would constantly be raided, and almost left Garnet as a new player cause I kept getting raided and I just wanted to sell guns. I know most new players love starting with gun dealer so I think this is a great idea.

-1 First off it's not RDM. The basic purpose of the clown.. Is to be a clown. Their job allows them to make people slip on bananas. If this was the case shouldn't Hitman/Assassin/Deadshot be taken off as well? (Not saying it should). Because a lot of people get killed by those jobs for no reason as well (for example the automated hits). To be honest if you dislike like the clown job I suggest just try and avoid clowns.
