I am also very reliable as if I don't know how to do something instead of just not doing it, I will ask if I'm doing it correctly or not, and if I didn't do it right, I will correct myself and never make the mistake again. I will put time and effort into staffing as I've sometimes seen a bunch of staff on but are AFK, though if they are doing IRL things that's different. As it can and most likely will be, another reason I believe I'm a better choice is because I see others taking staffing as like a little thing to do whenever they are bored of playing, I take staffing as serious as possible.
