(include any proof):I was playing with para who got rdmed. I then killed the rdmer because para was in my party. The person who rdmed him was jailed and warned and was very mad. So me and para went over to him and talked to him he states that he killed para with the worst gun and continues going on about how para was pay to win. I then stated how i killed him and pulled out my gun. I then shoot the jail he was in and it ended up killing a hobo I was not even facing as shown in the video here. The video shows me clearly shooting the cage and even shows the bullet with a tight spread of the pellets from the shotgun on hit the cage. the video also shows the player in the back die. I understand if the warn is not removed due to me killing the hobo but I do not believe I should be warned due to a bug in the game.

(include any proof):I was going around as a Cyber Thief and mugged someone in front of a gun store. After killing him I went back to my base and went AFK for about 10 minutes I come back to being in an admin jail. I check my warn menu and it states that I have been warned for RDM by Vergo on sep. 13 2019. I then report my self wondering why I got warned. I got in a sit with Vergo which we then talked about what happened he stated that I killed the person 14 seconds after I adverted mug which is only 4 seconds after the minimum time you must wait. After we talked for a little more he stated that he made a mistake and didn't look closely enough at the time stamps and stated he would try to get my warn removed but that I would most likely have to go to the forums. So here I am.
