Since the past like three people who have gotten staff and have ended up mass banning or abusing powers haven't used a mic both in game or in teamspeak, I personally think that when applying for staff, it should be required to have the ability to speak in teamspeak and or game. Im not saying that by having a microphone and the ability to speak automatically means you wont abuse staff, but it just seems to be a pattern regarding all of the newly accepted staff.
