I have seen you on the server before, you seem compulsive, and what I mean by that is you will report and demand punishment on somebody who accidentally shoots you on the street. I don't think you should always be that strict on the rules, lay back a little bit. You have no experience as staff, I'm not sure why but you split your 2 paragraphs (Actually only 8 sentences,) into several miniature incomplete sentences. With your 2 warns for RDM, I don't know if I would take a chance with you just yet. -1

This SantaMyClanta guy is said to be an extremely high caliber troll from what I have heard and what's here on the forums, I highly doubt he didn't use a VPN, I'd say you have a 1% chance of getting his actual IP.

A technicality, nice. The NLR period is exempt if you died all four times as a result of an ongoing raid, which is what I had assumed by the information provided in the last appeal - You can't go back until the raid is over. @lil applesaise Do you have advert logs proving this was during a raid which he was killed?

Their -1's for your chargeback remark will likely have nothing to do with the status and or result of this appeal, you broke the rules, the logs were provided which proved that you broke the rules. As is stated on the appeal format, appeals are not for apologizing, they are for false bans and false bans alone, this one clearly was not false. I have no objection to you staying in this community, but you have to accept that you screwed up, everyone does, this appeal will more than definitely be denied because of the evidence against you, you will have to wait out the two days, but 2 days is nothing, just wait it out and come back and make a name for yourself, it'll do you good. An Operator will have to finalize this post however, until then you will likely receive more negative feedback from the community even if the result is clear and obvious, just don't let it bother you and as long as you don't actually charge back you will have nothing to worry about.

@BlazingTazer31 As shown in the screenshot above, you broke NLR 3 times, as you should know, breaking NLR is when you return to your death scene before the 3 minute timer (or raid,) is over. This evidence proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that you did in fact break NLR, which will inevitably lead this appeal to denial. @ExoticNinja @Jarold @Vernon @BlazingTazer31 Additionally, charging back would be a regrettable move, I would like to see you become a dedicated member of this community, charging back would only make your ban go from two days to likely 999 years, which I do not want, nor should you. Just wait it out, it's not that long.

Do you have the logs associated with the ban? (You should always screenshot these)

I never said you didn't deserve a second chance, I have not seen you display anything which demonstrates your knowledge of the rules have improved, so I said until I see improvement, which I have not yet seen. Show it to me, and my vote will change. Simple as that. If you get your second shot at staff, congratulations, go for it, I understand that everybody is not the same but at this point we have so many staff members I believe there should be a bit more criticism on who becomes staff and who does not, that is solely my opinion, and that's that.

You failed the Server rules test that you are given when you become staff. How do you fail that? -1 until I see improvement.
