ACCEPTED Upon discussion with the executive team we have decided to allow you to come back to the server and role-play. However you will be on thin ice for a while, one wrong step and you could fall in with no one to save you causing a permanent ban with 0 chance of coming back. -1 First off I'd like to say that antisemitism ban was a decision me and carrot made together. you were a former manager who was spawning swastikas, that ban was justified to think it could have been a slap on the wrist is crazy(if my memory servers me right you thought there was nothing wrong with what you did before you were banned.) You also are barley on and are just coming back, before making this staff app you should've gotten familiarized with the community again and let them get to know you. I've seen you the few times in game and you haven't been on your best behavior, but that doesn't mean you cant get better. The biggest thing I'm reading this application and you just through it together without re reading anything. Your paragraphs lack strength and feel very basic. You say you are ready to hit the ground running and I just don't believe that you are quite there at this point in time a re training is a must no exceptions, to skip training is unfair to everyone else.

ACCEPTED Thank you for taking the time to make the report, as we take staff taking their sits without fail, seriously. As far as Jesus goes, I had a lengthy conversation with him and he thought he had video of the prop getting removed, but was sadly mistaken. We also talked about how he could have handled the situation better, and gave him some tips and tricks so situations like this do not repeat themselves. As far as a punishment, I told him that the next few sits he takes are going to be watched to ensure this does not happen again, or he will receive the proper punishment. He is also to re-read the staff and DarkRP rules. Thank you once more for your report, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

-1 In the part where you say "I know how to communicate with players in a way that keeps things professional and prevents a situation from escalating. Sits can get messy when people are frustrated, but I am comfortable stepping in to de escalate tension and solve problems efficiently." I'm curious how you can say that after the sit I just had with you was not professional at all, and not how we want people on the staff team to act very immature/toxic behavior for someone who wants to be on the staff team. Your application is AI, which is not allowed. Also, under where it says "Have you ever been banned or punished on any server?" you put "Only a few times B)" which doesn't really give us much and makes us have to do the digging when you should be more specific and clarify, instead you put an emoji down with sunglasses and a smile, in my own opinion I don't see what's cool about hiding such critical information, you where banned 09/05/23 for mass rdm and you have 5 active warns including RDM, NLRx2, FDA, Diss in OOC. I was going to give you a plus-one, but after what I just witnessed and the research I had to do, it's a no from me.
