(include any proof): I started playing MRP again for the 6th time while head mod on DarkRP. I was a high rank or something and I decided to change to a pvt again because of how long its been since i played. After playing 2 wars I was being spectated and witch hunted by the staff members at the time. After spectating me (in third person) and without warning or anything I was banned for cheating. Why should your ban be removed?: I never cheated on MRP or DRP. I recieved a ban on another server I played for years because of this ban and after i showed the higher ups the evidence the MRP staff banned me with I was immediately unbanned because of how inconclusive and misleading the evidence is. After playing garnet gaming for 5+ years and staffing my entire time I was banned without warning and Havent played since 2020. Ive spent well over $500 on custom classes and have made alot of friends while playing and staffing garnet. The entire time I spent on GG was just me staffing and dedicating myself to helping the community as that has always been my goal. I dont know why I would cheat on the same community I've been staffing and just go against what I was doing for 3+ years. All of the evidence that was shown was not conclusive at all and eiff you look closesly every single thing i did there could be explained and if someone were to go back and look at the evidence now you would see how dumb it was that i got banned in the first place. Im making a ban appeal on DRP because I really cant be bothered to get unbanned on MRP anyways. The staff from MRP that banned me resigned not even a month after banning me and told me he could care less about my false ban. Please reconsider my DRP ban. Thank you :)

(include any proof): I hopped on MRP for the second time in 1-2 years. I changed my name and everything to seem like a new player. After 1 war I was being spectated and baited by staff members to make it look like I cheat. I'm not here to prove myself innocent as I already tried doing that on my MRP ban. Why should your ban be removed?: I'm appealing my DarkRP ban because I've put years and hundreds of dollars onto this server. Garnet was one of the first servers I've played on and put about 30% of my 9,000 hours of Garry's mod. I've met multiple people I'm still friends with till this day and I did my part as a staff member 3 times to make this community a better place. I've given money to new players, bought guns for players from the forums, and basically went out my way to make people happy overall. You could ask anyone that was an active player during my time of staff and I guarantee not one person would call me toxic or bad. I never cheated on garnet as a whole and made sure that as my time as staff ive never went out my way to make Garnet look like a bad community. You could go read my staff applications and everything and you could see yourself how everything I've said had a good intention. If I didnt care about garnetgaming then I wouldnt sit here for the past couple of months appealing my bans. All that I ask is remember what i've done for the community and give me a chance to show that im not a negative impact. Thanks for reading.

(include any proof): I was playing MRP after I got off of another Gmod server because I wasn't having very much fun. I played MRP like 2 days before the ban and I wanted to get back into it because I lost my rank due to being inactive. While getting into some PVP and after killing some people and dying a couple times I noticed that I was being watched and there were invisible staff or something turning their flashlights on and off near me and walking around so I would look at the area. A couple minutes later after the war ended I was perm banned from the server for cheating.Why should your ban be removed?: I've been playing garnet since 2016 and have been very active before my ban. I was currently a staff member on DarkRP with the lead mod rank and was previously a Lead Admin a couple years ago. I used to be active on mrp around 2017 and also attempted to join IJU and some very old groups. I've had ALOT of experience with CW weapons (The gun mod that MRP uses) and I've NEVER cheated on Garry's mod once. I have over 7,000+ hours on the game without being afk. GarnetGaming was the first ever Darkrp server I had joined and spent money on and I played MRP a bit after maining DarkRP. I understand how suspicious it is that a PVT or a "new player" is dropping about how many kills I did but I did it all legit. I've NEVER been banned on ANY Gmod server for cheating and still haven't since I've been banned. The day I was banned I changed my MRP name to my Username that I use for DarkRP (Which again I was currently staffing on). If I had intentions to cheat or hack on a Gmod server related to the server I was staffing on I would've never used my main account or even name I would've simply just made an alt account or something like that. I've purchased around $500 worth of custom classes and items on Garnet and there's no way I would do anything to jeopardize all those items I spent money on. I just decided to make this appeal because I was told if my ban was appealed then I would also be unbanned from the DarkRP server which I was perm banned on because I was banned on MRP. I wasn't sure if I wanted to return to GarnetGaming but I've spent too much money and time on this community to just be banned permanently. I've been playing gmod ALOT at the time and would also get around 10's of millions of dollars on the DarkRP server just from dueling people. (which I ended up losing sometime later due to me losing duels). Im not saying I should be unbanned due to me being an active member of the community but I just simply wasnt cheating and had no form of cheats. If you guys could show me the videos that were taken I could easily defend myself and explain every situation there. I am also willing to have a recording software on 24/7 If im unbanned and will show all of my kills if asked too. Thanks for taking the time to read my appeal.

huge -1 , purge servers are "dead/non existent" for a reason. The immunity rule will obviously not work at all because if someone's being blown up from a distance or shot from a distance people arent going to know what level they are/ it will cause alot of confusion. Not allowing permas also would be a bad rule because what's the point of buying them if your not allowed to use them? If you feel like shooting your friends duels are a thing and also a RDM arena is coming soon if you look in approved suggestions.

People will get more printers either way which most already do. Adding a printer slot or 2 for 10 mill isnt a bad idea at all because its not like they will make their money back in a quick day or something like that.

You were demoted because you didnt complete enough sits. You wont get your rank back without reapplying as you didnt even make an LOA.

I think you're a good person and a cool person to hang out with but i'd rather the server not have anymore staff that dont know what they're doing. I banned you like a month ago and you were well aware of the rules and what you did, You also obviously didnt read the staff rules. Lying in your application isnt really a good look tbh. You fixed most of the things that everyone mentioned so I can tell you want to be staff. Im going to +1 just dont prove me wrong.

-1 I dont care about there being clans already but the mega basing idea would be just too far. It would be very difficult for new players to play the server with huge megabases and clans running around. Most of the clans would have unraidable mega bases and would run around raiding players for printers to put in the mega bases. Even if those players were to join some easy clans it would result in every new player not being able to play garnet without being in a clan. One of my and many other players reasoning for playing garnet more then any other darkrp server is its simplicity and it not being flooded with addons and megabases and cars like every other server. Adding this will result in the whole server just being divided into different clans and wont give any new players the ability to play solo or with a friend which will obviously result in the server being full of different clans and new players not even wanting to try playing the server.

Also just saw that as soon as you were denied for TTT you applied for DarkRP.
