Bottom line, I support staff who are actively making the server s better place. I do not support staff who strictly RP and use their staff position as a shield to protect from negativity. I.e Breaking server rules and. Getting called out for it by non staff

As stated previously, one night on new years is not the only time I've been on. That was just the night I posted it. I've been on when there was no holiday, and I still see the same issues.

As you can tell I am very passionate about this server. The last thing I'd want to see is the server die. I would do anything to prevent that.

There are several points I'd like to make regarding this post. First off, this was posted in the rant forum, thus it is a rant. Of course I keep complaining. If I felt the server was unplayable I would of posted under suggestions with that I've said. And you're saying the staff weren't active only one day? I don't know if you've been on the server for the last month or 2, but the amount of active staff have been on the decline recently, along side the loss of staff and higher ups. Also, I may have the rules memorized, but not names. I respect Source alot, and would of included him in the original if I remembered him at that moment. Another user I see doing work is GTA. And yes alot of people stay on the server because they have many friends there, but also many of the users are still there because they either paid money for donator items or miss the way the server once was. This post was originally made to call out the higher staff, and was meant to bring light to the users who try extremely hard everyday. That's why I originally included some staff who kept the server afloat. Even with what you've said, the server is dying and I stick by that. These hard working staff members can't support a dying server. And even though I'm just now coming back to the server full-time, I've been in and out since my departure trying to keep an eye on how everything is going. I still respect garnet and his followers for creating this mini empire, but if they don't get their shit together in some form or fashion this server will die.

The major issue is the lack of any direction. It's just a shitshow of people trying to enjoy the shambles that is the server.

Doesn't matter. Staff should be mature on duty everytime theyre seen.

Here's a simple fix. HIRE MORE TRUSTED STAFF

The DarkRp server is one of the oldest servers in the Garnet Gaming Community thus far, and I find its state worse everyday. Events like NITRP happen just as regularly as before, yet there is still an increase in pure chaos happening on the server. Sometimes it's 5, 10, or even 15 minutes before spawn is cleared of props. There has been staff on Duty either AFK, or just as tired of the shitshow these "performers" put on. That leads to a domino effect of people trying to kill these kids, so they can play the game they paid money for. Then someone calls RDM on the vigilante, and the staff finally responds to that???? There is absolutely no reason for the server to be in the current state that it's in, and should have never gotten this far. This post should be obvious that not all the staff, if not most of the staff doesn't do this. They would have to actively play/staff to go AFK on duty. Even that last comment doesn't fully apply. I see people like gunner and sneaky (a few more) almost always handling sits, and I truly respect them for that. The server would be in deeper then it already is if it wasnt for these guys. Love you peeps, the server, and the community as a whole, but this needs to be acted on quickly before the server turns into a 24/7 purge.

What I mean by that is that i will not over/under punish players because we have beef or are good friends. I will always hear others out on whats going on

I had to leave for personal reasons, and not on bad terms. Why should we choose you over other applicants? Everyday another player joins a server, enjoys it, and wants to make it a better place. That kid was me 2, nearly 3 years ago. All I wanted at the time was to see the server grow. Time passed, and thats still all I want. Even with the ups and downs of people coming and going I still see the potential of this server and the players on it. I am truly committed to Garnet Gaming as a whole, and will spend hundreds, if not thousands, of hours of my time in the pursuit of making Garnet DarkRP great again. As I stated with my past experience as staff, I already have hundreds of hours as staff for the MilitaryRP server, but had to leave due to personal issues. If that snag didn't disrupt my flow I would potentially still be staff today. Another reason to choose me is how strict I follow the server rules. No one gets favored in my sits, and get punished fairly. Doesn't matter if they just joined the server, or have 1000 hours they will be treated both fairly and kindly. Even when it comes to video games your life experiences effect how you interact with situations. God placed me in many life affecting situations that made me into an excellent problem solver. With that being said I know my limits and when I need assistance. I will not make up my own rules too finish a case really quick, nor act as if I am alone on the server. Even if I was the only staff on I would try my hardest to keep order amongst the users of Garnet Gaming DarkRP. This is but a short list compared to what I can bring to the staff roster, but hopefully it is enough to persuade you to take my application into consideration. It was during war, and I killed quite a few new recruits.
