As you can see in the video, there is no-one else he could be shooting. BUT. If you wanna give special treatment to the other player then it's fine by me.

"Killing players with no RP reason". I thought that someone shooting me would be a proper RP reason, also given that I was roleplaying a hitman. Correct me if I'm wrong, but one of the main server rules is "Do not attack other players if not in self-defense". Even given he didn't hurt me, he was still shooting at me.

(include any proof): I was walking off of the spawn point and a player by the name of Burger God shot me with his shotgun. I was still at the spawn shield area and he didn't damage me, but I thought he was still trying to kill me and I shot him back. I killed him, but he proceeded to come back from behind me and shoot me with his shotgun (breaking the NLR rule and rdm-ing me). I reported him, but the logs said I shot him first and the admins ended up warning me. I have posted a video to youtube where you can see part of my session. I will post the full video so you can see I didn't make it up, but it was a random event, tho' you will have to forward it to 5:03 to see the incident. The admins warned me because they saw the logs and thought I was rdm-ing him when it was the other way around.

It's not asking for a deny, it's asking for a new chance. I want to really change, and if the members of the community don't notice it, then I'll try harder for next time. If I really improve, are helpful and put effort into it, then only then my application will be accepted, and more important: deserved.

Btw... I don't wanna mention names because it would be a stupid thing to do, let alone it would make me look less mature, but you've accepted people like me before. And don't misunderstand me, I don't say it to look better or anything, but you have supported people asking for second chances and I would really appreciate a second chance.

Yes, I meant the other three. I'll go ahead and explain the ones I can. Nlr(New Life Rule): First hour in the server, hadn't been on any other RP server, first 10 hours playing gmod, the first hour playing online. A guy comes to me in the streets and kills me, he starts shooting other two ppl so he stays where he is, I go back and he kills me again and then reports me. During the sit he kept saying "ban him, he broke a rule" over and over and then comes the diss in a sit. Next day, I think, I come back online. Still not having much idea of what to do, I read the rules quickly, don't remember much aside from NLR and NITRP. I go to a lone house, a guy comes in, and before he says "raid" I shoot him because he had weapons drawn. He comes back, kills me and then reports me (breaking NLR, but I didn't report him because I didn't know how to). After that i thought "hell, i don't think i'll get anywhere with confrontation, let's go build a hideout." And foolish I was it was prop block. After my fourth sit, I read the rules again. I would play normally and the second I could I would read the rules again. I reached level 9 clean, around 14 to 17 hours after my last warn, I played properly for around 10 hours, helping players and doing legal police stuff, then out of nowhere I go to a place that said "advice $100". They see I'm a cop but still let me in (no kos sign). After the advice and paying $500 I wander a little because I heard some suspicious noises, I walk to a door and get shot from the back. Knowing it was rdm, I report it, wait 3 mins and go back, the guys kill me again. Next time I go A G E N T O R A N G E was around, he saw me talk to the guys and get the printer peacefully after another 3 mins of waiting. He inmediatedly grabs the printer and long-jumps away, I shoot the printer and he kills me. I go to the other way, he was laughing his ass off out of my stupidity (really, facing a skilled player is not a good idea if you really play casual) I go point blank to him and AIM TO THE PRINTER to shoot it, he kills me again. I say "fuck it" and go straight for the PD, to get a gun and patrol, he finds me in the intersection and shoots me, I go the other way and he shoots me again. I didn't report him, I ragequitted and next time I played I did the "Hobo Hotel" event. I had posted my appliance and thought maybe doing something nice for the community would make the admins check me for staff, turns out while I was afk he reported me and I got banned, with no sit. So that's all my warns explained. If you don't trust me you can check by yourself, I bet you mods have a way to tell where and when someone was killed.

Okay, I get it I've had a rough start as a player on this server, but I would appreciate if you would really give me any chance of proving that I'm not a scumbag, that I've changed and I can play and enforce by the rules. If you were to need any explanation, I'd rather sit for two hours explaining to any and all of you why I think I should be picked amongst the other appliances than stay silent as I'm judged by misinformation and pre-assumptions. Just ask Vincent, or Multivitamin, or Sneaky, or Blair (I think they where during the "hobo hotel" event I made, where I built a hotel for anyone to go freely and donate, as well as go refuge. All the money ended up going to new players that had no money because of mugs and raids) I hope they can tell I'm not a prick, but a misunderstood player.

Well, I hope you would read the name changes I did, mostly from "Raylan Givens AKA Terminus" to just "Raylan Givens" to "Terminus" because of watching a series, also they all happened as I was a cop and none were done after any suspicious behavior. I think you can see that the 4 warns where due to a lack of understanding of the rules, all made around my 5th to 10th hour of playing, and the ban was, in fact, my fault, but I don't think that should be a defining characteristic in your choices, as some members that had bans or warns where given a second chance. But you do yours, I'll follow your advice. And If you mean I could be one of the so-called "minges" you should ask any player that was up around the time I did my first appliance, there was one I stopped from acting against the server.

I thought it was a bad idea, given what happened last time, but I focused on not breaking any more rules, and I'm hoping this time it all goes well. I could go all out on saying how much I think I've changed, or how much I would do, but just as I said last time: "Words are nothing in front of actions" and thus, I think anyone that has been playing recently can see how I've changed. How I haven't broken a rule since the NLR (I know that's not much, but I'm looking forward to it to be the last time I break a rule) and how I helped some members just entering the GarnetGaming community make their ways to the server, answering some questions when the admins are too busy with their important stuff (sits, bans, etc.). How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: For now, all day, as I'm in my summer vacations and I'm alone pretty much all of the time, but when summer holidays are done, I'll still be free at least 12 hours 4 days a week and around 3 the other days. I go 1 hour to basketball on Mondays and 1 hour of swimming on Fridays.
