I don't remember ever interacting with you in-game so I'm gonna judge you solely off your application. You meet all the requirements and you did read the staff rules which is good. Your paragraphs are a little on the short side but they're not bad. The thing that concerns me the most is your previous bans. Although its from a few years ago, having multiple banned on file is still a little concerning. I personally wouldn't be hesitant to accept you with that record unless I was sure you've improved on your behavior since then. I'm gonna give you a [Neutral] for now. I may update my vote if I get the chance to interact with you.

I still haven't had many interactions with you in-game but this app is better than your last one. Your paragraphs however are still a bit weak and the formatting is wonky. Basically you are saying you've had good experiences while playing on Garnet and you want to help out. These aren't bad things however, it doesn't really answer why you should be chosen over other applicants. I would suggest that you explain more on what would set you apart from others, expand on your experiences in Rust, tell us how you would handle yourself in sits, are you good under pressure?, what are some benefits or positive attributes you'd bring to the staff team?, etc. Ultimately it's up to you on how your app is written, these are just some friendly suggestions. [minimum 2 paragraphs]: Why should I be chosen over other applicants? Well I think the best way to answer that question would be to first go into a little bit of my history in Garry’s Mod. I first started playing Garry’s Mod in 2015 and ever since then I have been an active member of many different communities, accumulating approximately 5000 hours in the game so far. DarkRP was the first type of server I ever joined and it was on the streets of downtown where I learned the basics of gmod RP. Since that time I’ve always enjoyed DarkRP, it is truly a unique gameplay experience that you can’t really get anywhere else which has had me returning to play it many times. In fact, the first time I played on Garnet was back in 2019. Over the years I have gained a key understanding on how the gamemode is played as well as what is and isn’t acceptable in roleplay scenarios. As for the rest of my time in gmod, it was spent mostly in StarwarsRP. That gamemode combined my love for Garry's mod and Star Wars into something I quite enjoyed. It is where I gained the bulk of my game hours and roleplay experience with me holding numerous RP leadership roles and being heavily involved in event planning. I would next like to expand more on my experience as a staff member in Garry’s Mod. Since starting in my first staff position back in late 2015, I have gained years of experience in server moderation and administration in both DarkRP and StarwarsRP. I have extensive knowledge of gmod staff commands, tools, and administrative mods such as ULX, Serverguard, & SAM. When it comes to the core duties of a staff member which is rule enforcement & handling reports, I believe that I am extremely qualified for these tasks. Over the course of my time in various staff positions I have dealt with likely thousands of situations ranging from simple failrp & rdm to more complex issues between players, staff, & even other servers. Additionally, I am well versed in all matters of staff and server management due to me having the privilege of leading 2 staff teams as well as being a Co-Owner in the past. Although all servers structure their staff differently, I do have a strong understanding on how an administrative team should function and how to effectively play my part within one. I have already taken the time to read some of the staff information available here on the Garnet website to familiarize myself with how you guys operate including staff rules, rank permissions, punishment guidelines, promotion guidelines, and the 3 staff divisions (HR, Ops, & GM). Lastly, I’d like to give you an understanding on how I like to conduct myself in-game both as a player and staff member. If you’ve ever been around me then you’ve probably noticed I don’t say much which is fairly typical of me. I’m an extremely calm and reserved person that never reacts emotionally to anything that is said or done to me. In fact, friends that have known me for years have jokingly said that I constantly sound depressed (I’m not lol). When interacting with people I always try to maintain a positive relationship with everyone even if I may disagree with them. Getting involved in arguments or controversy with other players is not something I'm interested in and I avoid drama like the plague. When it comes to how I conduct myself as a staff member, I take great pride in acting professionally and with tact. I have always been a by-the-book staff member that will enforce the rules as written and will not insert any personal bias or opinion in my judgments. Furthermore, I have an extremely dim view of staff abuse and will never use powers in any inappropriate manner. I am a firm believer that staff members should be held to a higher standard than that of a regular player and should be fully accountable for their actions no matter their rank or title. I myself would welcome any feedback or constructive criticism on my staff performance as there is always room for improvement. In conclusion I'd like to say that playing on Garnet has reignited my passion for playing Garry's Mod and I'd like the opportunity to help out the server in the best way I know how. Description: Have each sever rule numbered in their section. For example under General Rules, No. 5 would be do not spam and Roleplay Rules No. 1 would would be do not RDM, etc.... Examples underneath rules would not be numbered. Reasoning: I believe this would be a simple quality of life improvement for both players and staff. It would make it easier for people to find and reference a specific rule(s). It would also make them easier to read and follow overall. Additional Information: See below example.
