Hey, I'd just like to say something I'm posting on behalf for snowman - Tony In-game name: Horse/Pony/Lake/Snowman/Any other alias I went by previously SteamID (https://steamid.io/): STEAM_1:1:177961535 Staff members in-game name: Jazmin & Garnet aswell as staff members on the night of the ban Staff members SteamID (/id (name): Currently do not have access to the Staff provided steam id’s. Date & Time of incident: August 1st 2018, From 9pm-12pm est Timezone: EST Ban Reason: Toxicity, Harassment, Embarrassment to the community, Bias, Attitude of a minge. (include any proof): The only proof I have is the entire community witnessing the things I have said and done in the past and acted upon whilst my time on the MRP server. Why should your ban be removed?: I am not here to say sorry because that is not what appeals are for. I'm not here to ask for forgiveness. I’m not here to argue. If you have even gotten to this part in my appeal I do want to thank you because most people wouldn’t. This would be my second attempt at making an appeal after my first attempt which was a mistake due to the fact that I used an alt instead of asking someone to post it for me if there is still anyone willing to put effort into seeing me get unbanned. I have never once advertised other servers, Refunded my purchasable items, Play on the server and roleplay with an alt. However, I did try to contact gildarts with my alt because I could not on my main. In all honesty I am still bent on making it up to the Garnet Gaming community and I believe I have shown a VERY small amount of players I have shaped up and have removed the toxicity, jealousy, and selfishness of a person I once was. I was given the opportunity thankfully to play on the server for about a week until it was overruled with good reasoning in which I got off the server immediately without question or argue. Given this opportunity I played on the GG DarkRP introducing myself to staff and trying to make it up to them and RP as hard as possible. I did not get warned a single time during my opportunity playing on the MRP server and even got promoted to CPL in Army. That is just my week stay on garnet while I have been busy playing other MRP Servers as well. I have achieved multiple staff ranks on past communities some of them are… Roleplay Manager … Trial Moderator… Moderator…. Co-Owner…. Staff Manager. ( The ban from D*****d Gaming was appealed and my staff rank given back to me due to miscommunication between I, JJ, and Bendak.) Of course any idiot could give someone a staff rank but with every rank achieved I have made an Application not plagiarized in any form. My main point is I have no intention of ever acting toxic on garnet again. I would not be trying to get unbanned for 9 months if I did not have an intention of improving or proving to the community that I am a different person then that mingy squeaker 9 months ago. Who would always bother people no matter what and I can help the MRP community out in a lot of ways. I have developed great leadership skills in the months of my absence. If Phantom and/or Garnet is reading this I know you will not believe me. But I all I can do is ask and plead for you to give me some way to improve and show to you I have changed one last time before I stop trying and realize all my time and dedication doesn’t matter and shouldn’t have mattered for the past mistakes I have made should not be forgiven and will not be forgiven… Ever. If this miraculously gets accepted I would like to make a deal. The deal is if I get warned for intentionally breaking a rule for 3 Weeks then I get removed permanently from all Garnet Gaming platforms and erased from this community if I haven't already. One of the reasons I was “Inspired” to make this appeal is because I was told that a ban wipe will never recur again. I also remember perma banned members getting one last grain trust and thus being allowed to play on the MRP again The probability of this getting accepted is 1 in 100. And, I completely realize that then again the point of this appeal is to explain to people that I understand what I have done and I don't take the past chances given to me for granted but instead thank you for the chance. I have made people so annoyed that they have up and left this community and to that I apologize as at this point that is the most I can do. Please, consider giving me one last opportunity after my multiple failed attempts to change. In all honesty I just want to be able to talk and role play with the community for one-two more weeks because that's how much I care. So in my final statement I ask the person reading this to tell me how I can improve and what I need to do to make it up to you.
