[minimum 2 paragraphs] I could answer this question in many different ways, but the main reason is simply because I like this server and I hate to see players ruining others experience on this awesome server. I have seen it countless times in chat, a barrage of reports all get sent at once and players type in chat, " can a admin plz take my report??" This happens due to the fact that two moderators are not enough to take the massive influx of reports being sent. My main goal is to help ease the load on the staff already accepted, so that they may enjoy their time on the server and not to be so overwhelmed that they can't even have a good time when they get online. The role of a moderator is to make sure everyone is following the rules and ensure every player is having a good time. I have always helped people new to the game even without being a moderator, it is simply because I remember once being new to DarkRp and not knowing how to do anything or even know what many acronyms meant. I never really got help and was forced to learn on my own through trial and error, I would like to help new players learn the ropes so they can truly understand why DarkRp is so fun and addictive, I believe being a moderator can really help me do that. I would like to believe I am a fun person to be around and can easily have lots of fun, I completely understand if I were to be a moderator their will be a time to have fun and a time to be professional and punish people who break the rules. If I were to be accepted to become a moderator I know for a fact I wouldn't let you down. I can offer more than a promise to do well, I am well acquainted with the server rules and know them in and out. I understand the rules and will abide them to the letter. I won't show any bias towards my friends because if they break the rules there will be punishment to ensure everyone on this server is treated fairly. If possible I would let to watch a higher up admin take sits and see what he does to make sure I do what is expected from my new found role. I may not have the same amount of experience as other moderators on this server, but I know with a little time and help I would be a great addition to the staff roster.
