This will bring a lot more enjoyable experiences to the server.

    Roleplay on the server ended once @Ethanresigned. He was the last bastion of role-playing hope.

    -1. I've had many conversations with you and rarely did I ever feel that you were mature enough for something as serious as staffing. While you have gotten more serious since you first began, I personally do not think you would be able to handle what comes with staffing healthily.

    And your use of repeating audio (which is seen as torture depending on the context) is not the same as roleplay torture. The goal of torture is to gain information, yes? I wasn't there to see it but I don't think you were attempting to get any information from this kidnap and you were just fucking about.

    I get my post is ironic because I posted on DarkRP staff breaking rules when they didn't like what somebody was doing, but it is understandable in this sense that somebody would want to escape from a useless kidnap as such in a game that should rely on roleplay. I don't think it is fair to -1 this application on that sole information due to that.

    If a person was kidnapped, the kidnapper can do what they please (within rules) with the kidnapped person for the 15 minutes it's allowed. While a major point of kidnapping is to gain information, torture without wanting information is also possible if the party is "retaliating" for something. That is all allowed within the bounds of roleplay. If she ran away from a kidnapped situation before the 15 minutes was up then that's straight up failRP, and it looks pretty bad on her end.

    [MRP] Map Change / Revert

    It doesn't matter what changes or gets fixed, there's too many differing opinions and too many people playing for nostalgia for anything to work perfectly. Best recommendation is reverting to whatever had the longest calm, and improving from there. I've been through every map since summer 2017, each one had a map change suggestion post. This isn't new, nor should it be something garnet should be shocked about.

    At the end of the day, the community/players will continue to drive the gameplay meta, not the map, which makes me think the issue is never really the map, but how the players use it to their advantage to piss off the other side long enough for them to request a map change. Just my two cents.

    The OP said him, sugarmynuggets, and Lat said they were in a sit with a French speaking person, and then said it went horribly, then said that the staff team should have a rule about being mainly English speaking. Deductive reasoning points to someone else being the staff not them. 

    But that's true. I did forget that some could just buy VIP and skip the process entirely, which is probably what happened and since it's a donator thing, I doubt a rule is ever going to be placed onto that. It would have to go through Garnet at that point.

    What DarkRP staff member was able to become a staff if he didn't know any English? Their application had to have been done in English otherwise they wouldn't have been accepted. Unless they Google translated their entire application, but there's no way whoever accepted them didn't see through that. Do you have a name of the staff member?
