I have been very active this past week.

The first reason why I think I will be a great mod is that I am very approachable and people can talk to me easily about problems or help they need. This means people on the server will ask me more questions, overall making the server a better and pleasant place to play. A second reason why I believe I should become mod is that I have a lot of experience with dealing with situations and deescalating situations that are out of control. This means I can control situations in a calm and controlled environment. A Third reason why I believe I would make a great mod is that I Take multiple sides of the story and teat everyone the same no matter what they have been accused of doing. This can help with false reports to make them go more smoothly. And finally, I will make a great mod as I am a friendly person and I love playing Gmod and I want to make this server as great as it can be. Some other good skills I have is that I am resilient so I will keep on trying to do something even if I fail. This can come useful when someone falsely reports someone over and over I will continue to take the reports at the best of my ability. Also, I have good communication skills so I can talk to people clearly so they can understand what I am saying (also have a good mic). I also have great self-management this means I can control my self and not get out of control and can remain calm after the toughest situations. Another skill is that I have great teamwork skills and interpersonal skills, this means I can work with fellow mods and owner to complete tasks needed to be done effectively. I can also plan ahead to avoid bad situations before they happen to make the server more controlled. finally, I follow protocol meaning I follow all server rules and staff rules making sure I know what rules to enforce.
