I haven't played as black market dealer for many years since I just came back like last week so you are confusing me with someone else. Also I was a cyber thief at the time so no way I was black market dealer.

My base was the warehouse base that has two floors by the pothead. And when I died by the guy on the street, I was across the road and to the right so that is not breaking NLR. Would be much easier to show you but I cant unfortunately.

(include any proof): When I play for several hours, for some reason my fps drop to sub 20s, and they stay like that. So, sometimes I re-log to try to fix that. Anyway, I made a base, and 2 guys raided me while I was away, I come back to the front door and There was a random thief that followed me to my door from the street, and he kills. I didn't realize he was also "supposedly" raiding from across the street. He didn't look like he was raiding. He was across the street before I got to my base, so I don't see how he was apart of the raid. After a bit, I come back to the other side of the street from my base, where I first saw the thief that killed me, which wasn't breaking NLR at all, I made sure I was far away. And I mugged that thief that had killed me before. Again, after he had killed me the first time, he went back across the street far away from my base. I was lagging like shit so I got killed by him when I attempted to mug him. I then took sometime to explore the map and came back to my base. It was a good while, 2-3 minutes. And I see two dude in my base keypad cracking so I double barrel them both with one good ol' right click. The thief from before comes back again and kills. And he keeps yelling I broke NLR, when I really didn't. And then I was lagging really hard, I restarted my game, but when I retried to join back, BOOM BANNED.Why should your ban be removed?: I was wrongfully banned and not only that but for 3 WEEKS! That is crazy. Even in the D3A Handbook it states that: Mass RDM | Mass RDA | Mass False Want | Mass False Warrant & LTAP (2 weeks) So, even had I broke all these "Mass RDM" and so rules, which I didn't, I should only have been banned for 2 weeks. Furthermore, the thief that kept killing me, didn't even look like he was raiding. He only came to my base after I went around the corner and he followed me. That time I came back to mug him, he was far away from the base and just jumping on the other side of the street. As for me killing the guys in my base, it was not RDM. I just came back to my base and did what anyone would do, shoot the damn bastards breaking in. I would really appreciate it if someone could sort this out with justice.
