How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs]
My methods and reasons are not much different from my previous 3 staff applications. I am willing to contribute my time to help the server continue growing and prosper. I plan on handling staff issues as swiftly and intelligently as I possibly can. I believe this will come very easy to me due to my past experiences as a staff member on this server.
I have been playing on and off on this server for a little over 7 years now and I keep finding myself coming back to the server and wanting to help it out as a staff member. I find myself at least somewhat familiar with the majority of the current community because I try to interact with everyone and create a fun environment for all players.

well back when i played in 2017, basecamping was a thing but nobody whined with the intent trying to get more rules in place like everyone seems to do for the last 3 or so years. People used to actually play to improve at war so they would actually go outside their base and kill the people basecamping instead of sitting on the walls hoping they put themselves in your sightline so you can kill them. The skill gap between now and then is tremendous because people now would rather complain instead of use their heads and teach new players how to counter basecamping or do it themselves

Maybe this third basecamp post within 2 months will finally change something
Or instead of begging for there to be changes to server rules about something that's been happening since the server launched, play smarter and quit bitching like children about every minor inconvenience
As a player for both sides in the recent months, I can genuinely say that there is no problem if you don't play like a moron and run straight lines the same way wherever you go. There is nothing to complain about but your own stupidity

Over the past couple of weeks, Smity has been abusing his powers to push his agenda, being corrupt behind the scenes, and has made defamatory statements about the manager (Theos). Smity has made comments concerning his yearn for power, and has proven to gaslight members of the community time and time again in order to push them out of the way.
A few days ago (5/5), I was removed from my position on the staff team as Senior Moderator. Although I admittedly made some toxic remarks while arguing my stance on the server and issues I personally believe were prevalent, many of these ideas were shared with my peer (Smity), who had also made both the same remarks or worse. Unfortunately, I was removed for these statements. The main reason for removal would be toxicity, however, it could be argued that my peers, including Smity himself, have said much worse, both publicly and privately, as Smity had even previously encouraged this behavior.
Below we will analyze some evidence of corruption, defamatory statements, and general toxicity from the player:

In the above photograph, we can see Smity threatening his own resignation over a lack of communication from Theos. This is clearly overdramatized, and Smity then goes on to say the following:

As we can clearly see, Smity is not joking about the matter and is clearly angry with Theos, something which could be viewed similarly with my comments which led to my removal. While this evidence is not serious, it does indeed get worse:

In this piece of evidence, Stork and Smity discuss Stork’s at the time recent toxicity. As seen in the bottom, Smity encourages this behavior, and gaslights Stork into fighting Theos. This takes place while Smity simultaneously privately disrespects Theos, while publicly attempting to get rid of both parties (Stork & Theos). It is clear that Smity is attempting a power grab for Manager here, and while doing it, he is attempting to get his own friend banned.

In continuation from the previous piece of evidence, Smity can be seen further encouraging stork here, even going as far to say he would unban him if Theos “pulled the trigger”.

The above evidence highlights Smity’s hypocritical behavior and his gaslighting demeanor. Smity had publicly ostracized the player in the screenshot seen disrespecting Lekichi, while then encouraging this same behavior in a discord with him, going as far as to laugh at it. This is unacceptable from a staff point of view, and it highlights Smity attempting to hide his true feelings through a staff iron curtain.

This piece of evidence highlights Smity’s toxicity, which he openly advocates against in public circumstances. Here Smity is seen questioning Ting being let into a discord server.

Similarly to the previous screencap taken of the Ting situation, Smity’s toxicity continues to emanate and spread throughout this piece of evidence. Though I was removed from the staff team for talking to Gabe about a simple twitter post, Smity is able to get away with calling Tom Cruise (former Administrator) fat with no repercussions.

In the above screencap, Smity can be seen pushing his agenda upon Tom Cruise, through threatening possible community-wide hate for providing his opinion. Once again, more messages followed, however they have been deleted.

Here, Smity can be seen flexing his new staff rank, while simultaneously leaking DMs with Theos and making fun of his emotional state. It is clear that Smity feels as if he is inching closer and closer towards the Manager position, as he attempts to grab the throne for himself.

With this evidence, it is clear that Smity once again pushes for the manager position heavily. Again, as some messages are deleted or blurred, Smity attempts to drive a wedge between Garnet and Theos through gaslighting in order to secure his position as Manager.

Here Smity can be seen making a borderline racist joke. That is it. That is all.

Once again, Smity can be seen making a racist joke. Nothing more, nothing less.

Above we can see evidence of Smity leaking the executive group chat. This is the most hard-hitting evidence of all and proves Smity has indeed been leaking executive information. He has done this many other times, however, due to the nature of discord, he was able to delete the messages before I was able to get ahold of them.

Here we can see Smity making use of the “blimey” meme surrounding Theos after openly denouncing it, even threatening mutes and warns against players who were publicly saying it.

With this screencap, Smity is seen taunting me after my removal, claiming Theos had removed me, and daring to report him. Well now I have reported him.

Some additional evidence could not be provided due to deleted messages, however, others may be able to testify that Smity has been known to leak executive chat messages, upcoming updates, DMs with Theos or other important figures, and generally secretive information to the discord seen in the evidence files. While this may be considered hearsay, Smity has hindered much of the staff team’s ability to conduct operations through gaslighting, encouraging toxicity, encouraging hate against the manager, and heavily pushing his agenda.
Conclusion:
I believe that the evidence as posted above is a clear indication of Smity’s narcissistic self-centrist toxic gaslighting behavior. Smity has shown massive hypocrisy time and time again, and has been the core of much of the drama surrounding recent events in the Staff Discord. The same may be said for the MilitaryRP discord, and with such, I believe my removal was unjust, as there is a man in such a position of power conducting all of this behind closed doors. I am not looking for Smity’s removal, and I do not pray on his downfall, however, I wish that my point of view is taken into consideration, and that the decision to remove me is reversed.

We've already talked some on ts about my -1 but again, i have been on most days for the last 2-3 months or so and my opinion hasnt changed. Would love to see you get GM once i start to see you more but still going to keep my -1 until then.

There shouldnt need to be logs with it. It's not just fast firing if he hits two separate shots. If you go in game and shoot the orsis as fast as you can, you will not be able to shoot as fast as he is causing himself to shoot. I will post a clip showing the difference tomorrow.

These two clips are clips of Kinda Dead in a sit due to fast firing. The first clip is the actual proof of him fast firing and the second clip is the clip of him having what fast firing actually is and being told that it is considered exploiting and will result in a permanent exploiting ban.

This is a clip taken the day after the original sit where he was informed about fast firing and the punishment for doing so. It is shown in this clip that he is clearly fast firing while knowing what it is that he is doing. He has been continuously fast firing even after the original sit and still tries to claim ignorance to the exploit. This is just the only clip I have been able to get since it's a harder rule to try and prove he was breaking.

Have been talking about this addon a ton recently and was debating whether or not i should suggest it again. I would absolutely love to see this come back if the bugs that come with it could be fixed

I personally would absolutely love to see Company return instead of Airstrip. Although Airstrip might be more fitting to the airforces, hopefully they will get replaced with MP soon and it won’t matter all that much.
I just believe that company was a major part of what made taiga_v3 such a good map. It was one of the best objectives you’ve ever made and I would absolutely love to see the return of it instead of Airstrip
And i’m not able to quote things on my phone right now but I would love to see a bunker added for each side as well as Theos said above

Your time in marsoc was my first impression of you, which i can safely say wasn’t a good one at all. At one point, I even permanently blacklisted you from GB because of your behavior.
Although I will admit, you have improved tremendously during your time in army and I have removed your blacklist since then. If you continue to improve like you have been, i will be glad to change my opinion but as of right now, it’s gonna have to be a -1 from me
Also i will mention that your ban was maybe only a week ago. Not saying it affected my opinion but it may sway some others.

I’ll be honest, i used to know you back then before you were banned and i never thought that you would be in your position today. When i recently returned to the server and saw you as MAJ for 11A, i genuinely wondered how that had happened. Now that I have been around for a few months, it has given me time to realize that you have actually made a huge improvement to your character which is simply astonishing when compared to your younger years.
With the recent wipe of the GM roster, the GM teams needs good, experienced GM’s more than ever. I’ve read through your whole application now and i love all your ideas for events (i think my favorite is either drugged up junkies or munition manslaughter). Either way, i will give you my sincere +1 and a genuine good luck to you. I am very excited to see some of these events in game.

+1. As it stands currently, both air force factions have become both useless and a nuisance. While I am not attempting to bash the airforce factions, as both are second-life, they have essentially become riddled with people looking to create a friend faction. Additionally, WAC itself is glitched, and tends to flood the logs or cause lag. Along with that, the inactivity recently in the two factions has skyrocketed. Not only have they become useless as they are very situational and rarely useable, but they would serve a better purpose being replaced with the two listed options. Many new players tend to ask, "How do I join AFSOC". Genuinely to answer that, they are essentially unable, due to friend factions, inactivity, and the uselessness of the factions. Overall, this may help diversify the current faction pool, expand in RP opportunities, and allow for better usage in war.

How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs]I plan on assisting the server by helping the staff team make decisions, and/or bring new ideas to light in order to further improve GG MRP. Seeing how as I am previous staff x2, I can apply my experiences to situations where it is required. I enjoy this server very much (should be obvious seeing I've come back twice now), and a huge part of my enjoyment comes from the community. I will strive to keep the enjoyment of other players around me, both new and old, so that I may be able to continue enjoying the server myself.
Essentially, I want the new player experience to be smooth as these people help bring the server up and could possibly make changes that are beneficial to the server as well. I am able to keep calm in a sit or rp scenario and make sure it doesn't go bad. Currently, I see a lack of RP on the server so I am willing to offer ideas for RP events such as assassination events, kidnapping events, holding the objective while negotiating with the opposing force peaceful terms, etc. I also believe it should be explained to the reportee if they are being punished, why they are being punished and teaching them going forward how to better themselves and become better community members. Seeing how as I start as a T mod, I will still be able to give ideas and give my opinion on other ideas brought up by the community, and I will do my best to make sure people care about the server and have fun such as I do. As of right now, I should have an open schedule and plan on being on for peak hours on the server.

Tom and I went in game and tested this out as best we could.
I'm not sure if there is sound in the clip but the first jump that Tom did was a normal jump off the statue and the second jump was a crouch jump.
We also took pictures comparing the heights of both jumps to the height that Regret reached in the warning clip.

Using the window from the original clip and comparing how far up each model is from the bottom of the window, you can clearly see that there is a huge difference between crouch jumping and normal jumping.
The warn should be removed as there is a beyond obvious difference in crouch jumping and normal jumping.
Also apologies if this reply is scuffed, still getting used to posting on forums again.
