I’m a little concerned obviously by this Proggy brought up something in your last app showing a bit of immaturity and there’s not really a way to show you’ve change bc last time people said you weren’t toxic but then you asked how to crash the server and got people to massRDM. Im not gonna +1 or -1 until I talk to some people. I’ve never met him and I’m sure he’s only interacted with half, so idk where you got that info.

I’ve seen you in games a couple of times. You’ve made to sure to ask questions about rules and about the server which makes me think by now you gave a good understanding of the rules. You hours increased drastically since we last spoke. +1

Overall the application isnt the greatest but I think you could duel staff. Sure MRP is different but if you know the rules good enough it’s not hard to staff. He’s already a good staff member on darkrp and is wanting to help more in the community, he’s known in the community. The managers on both servers have approved him to duel staff if he gets accepted so what’s the issue. Garnet and I talked to him in TS last night and he generally wants the best for both servers. +1

Nippler made the first sit for RDM because BINLADEn killed him and nippler said it was against the rules to do what he did, and I simply told him it wasn’t, at this point BINLADEN decided to make another report on nippler for attempted mass, not everyone damaged or killed needs to make a report for the reportee to be banned. Also although the damage log screenshot only shows the two people being damaged this was bc of the nerve gas spamming the logs causing it to overflood with damage. You openly just admitted in this statement that the nerve gas killed three people. The three people you admitted died + The damage done to BINLADEN makes it 4. Personally I believe Nipplers ban should stay due to him knowing what would happen and that he’s not an inexperienced player.

Originally This sit was for attempted RDM which you did get warned for. But you had another sit made against you before My sit with you was even resolved. When myself and Stalin checked damage logs and kill logs you had killed 3+ people and damaged way more in under 2 minutes. Your nerve gas was the entire damage logs. Unintentional or not this is still attempted mass RDM. And to go off of what krytz said, just bc it is your friend or you are in a party you cannot just randomly kill each other for this or damage each other, it is still considered RDM. He was warned and then he reached the max number of warnings but Stalin asked me if he should ban and him and I told him it’s up to him, and he did ban him, I told Stalin that I had the SteamID, screenshots, and the video of the sit where I did watch the video brought to us by @BINLADINHOE. After you were banned you reconnected and were some how able to get on the server. We asked you to reconnect where you then said I’d rather not and I simply put a reconnect string in @ chat, you then left the server yourself. Description: Remove groups/clans from the server. Maybe implement rule against it Reasoning: This would reduce people targeting certain people/groups within the server for such a subtle thing as addition to your in game name. This would also remove some toxicity I believe within the server. This would also stop 1 player within a group from ruining the image of the rest. I’ve been here so long since 2016 that this is basically a side family from old to current players even though some people don’t like me from the past. The Experience from 2016 to now is over 5 years with being with the community meaning I know the rules by now, know how staffing works, and what/what not to do. Collectively between all the garnet servers I believe I have over 5000 hours. Reason Two would have to be my people skills. Got caught, lied, and fessed up. 2019 - MEMEWARE A group of people i was in a discord with went on darkrp after i resigned and were playing until some of us got mingey and i advertised in advert chat (MEMEWARE monthly membership for onl $9.99 a month.) Some people took this as getting people to buy cheats but my stupid self was honestly fucking around trying to get people to try and come to our base in a warehouse. Everyone with the name memeware got banned for a few days until garnet talked to members of the discord and we got unbanned and it was wiped off our record as a misunderstanding. 2019 - MassRDM Got kicked out of a in map event, got butthurt and killed 3 people which were the judges, chase banned me for mass. All of these punishments were almost over 2 years ago.
