  1. Hey guys. If any of you know me already and haven't seen me around nearly as often as I was before, I am going to explain everything about that here. To make this as simple but as understandable as possible, right around the time I got accepted as a staff member again– life hit me like a truck. School started to become more challenging all of the sudden and required a lot more of my time, I started a new job at a restaurant that is taking more time, and I met a girl that I like a lot and whom I am giving a healthy amount of focus to as well. I do have free time, but not enough to basically where I would just be getting on to take sits and then getting off for x amount of days. If a staff member in any community wants to be a good staff member, they need to have a good understanding of what is happening at least every other day so that they are relatable to other players in a given community, knowledgeable, and reliable. The extremely sudden things that are happening in my real life now do not allow me to be capable of accomplishing those requirements. So because of all of this I think that it is courtesy to properly resign, right now, rather than be apart of a staff team that I do not believe that I am able to provide for anymore. I appreciate everyone that helped me reach the staff team for the third time over and everyone who was there to witness it, whether it mattered to them or not. Of course, I am going to list some notable people that I especially appreciated throughout my time on Garnet this year. @TheDudeAbides Thanks for the small talk and obviously, your famous in-game ouid spot. I enjoyed the decent amount of time that we have talked together and I hope to talk with you again. @Yamagata Thank you for being a figure to me throughout my entire time on Garnet, ever since I started playing. It was fun to conceptualize having a "manager race" and I hope you reach it again one day, if you truly desire that. @ajbedhead I'm not really sure if you like me (we cannot forget the time I kicked you from skribbl.io), but I think you are a great manager. It would be cool to come back one day and see you being an SA. @Fetn Thanks a shit ton for training me, I don't give you enough recognition for it. Pretty sure we hated each other prior to my time on the staff team this year, but it was nice to witness a small, and way less toxic friendship develop after that. @Ba11ParkFrank41 I was mostly inactive when you became a staff member recently, but I am glad to see you grow from what you were before and overcome the standard that the community had set for you. Best of luck, don't fuck up man. @Romac622 Thanks for being a goated ass fucking staff member bro. I'll always appreciate how I wasn't in the staff discord yet, so I had to contact you via PMs and you responded as quick as I would have wished for. I hope to see you as an executive one day my guy. @vapr I love that you have still been a respected member of the community for so long and I kinda miss being buddies. Hit me up if you really feel like it sometime. @Shin_Tsukimi You are also a goated ass Manager. I will never forget the low-key-but-also-really-not-low-key +1 that you gave me on my staff app and I also really hate that it had to go to waste. You were a huge inspiration for me when I thought I wanted to be a Manager. I would also really like to see you become an SA one day; I think you would be more than cut out for it. Thanks a lot for everything that you have done for me and the community dude. @Tonganpoison Your bases are awesome bro. Don't stop what you're doing and I love that you are a staff member now. @Cookiie Thanks for being the only one that noticed where my profile pic came from, and being a fan of that anime (I think?). You're a cool ass dude and I hope to see you again. *insert "Ryuko Matoi?" here* @Papiraqi You are a really cool dude; we haven't interacted very much but when we did, I enjoyed it. Thanks for being nice to me. @proggy Same with you my guy. We haven't talked much at all but you seem like you care a lot about the community and people like me and everyone else really appreciate it. Thanks so much for your hard work. @Garnet Gonna be honest I don't even think you know who I am. Does trollman ring a bell? Anyway, I'm not gone for good; I will be returning one day, whether it will be to commit to the staff team again or to just RP like everyone else. Thanks a lot for making such a great community that I haven't been able to leave alone for at least a few months at a time for the past four years. Sorry if you cringed at any of that, but this is the most heartfelt resignation that I've written because I really do care about Garnet Gaming and I will be coming back as I have already said. Thank you to anyone else that I forgot to mention. Peace out for now. - Windows
  2. +1 I've talked with this guy in TeamSpeak for the first time today and he is a chill dude. Great paragraphs and warns that can overlooked. I think he is a great fit for the team. Good luck! - Windows
  3. +1 Great amount of playtime. Knows the server well. Seems like a really cool guy from all the people who are giving +1s. Make sure you fix your application based on what Yama said. Good luck! - Windows
  4. -1 I agree with what Gunner says here. I like the vanilla aspect of GG DarkRP and also don't want kids spamming music through speakers in the street.
  5. Thank you very much. I love music it's amazing. Getting feedback from you means a lot. Thank you much I'm always scared to ask for stuff like referrals I was scared enough to ask Romac for his lmao. Great to know that I could have relied on you for that xD Thank you everyone for your support I really appreciate it.

In-game name: UpdatingWindowsAge: 17SteamID (https://steamid.io/): STEAM_0:0:11101Warns: 0Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (EST)Playtime?: 777:11:45Do you have access to TeamSpeak and a microphone?: YesDo you have the ability to record Garry's Mod videos?: Yes Referral(s): Romac622 Past experiences as staff: Garnet Gaming: I was a staff member on Garnet in 2017 and made my way to Lead Moderator. I resigned because I was busy with school at the time. Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] I believe I am preferable over other applicants because I have the experience, enthusiasm, maturity, and dedication that is required to be able to accomplish the tasks of a staff member on DarkRP. Garnet Gaming has been my permanent home to DarkRP ever since I started playing. Regardless of my status on DarkRP, I am active as much as I can when I don’t have to do school work or go to my job, which is important for wanting to become a role model in the community. Having had the opportunity to be a part of the staff team on Garnet has made me very excited to hopefully be a staff member again and direct my abilities towards an exertion that I enjoy a lot. During my seemingly short time as a staff member three years ago, I learned a lot about Garnet that most people are unaware of. I learned how to deal with rule-breakers, new players, and people alike while communicating and handling the situations in a kind and mature manner. I have a very good understanding of the rules, how they may be interpreted, and an excellent ability to adapt to big or small changes in them, especially since I have been on and off this server for a while. With the knowledge of the rules that I have, I am able to properly communicate the rules to someone who does not understand them, or to someone who has not read them (and obviously tell them to read the rules). I rarely break rules ever and if I do, it is usually the result of an accident. I have kept my slate clean because I believe that in roleplay communities reputation is crucial— especially if you wish to join a staff team. This also applies to my staff experience, I cannot recall committing any sort of wrongdoing in the staff or being reprimanded for anything as such. I also get along with people really easily and try to make as many friends in the community as possible. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: I have been falsely perma-banned on Garnet for Advertising in 2017. I shared a link to a Pro-Net Neutrality website in OOC and my appeal was accepted without much trouble. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: I have created 2 previous applications, one being accepted and the most recent being denied. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: 5 days per week, at least 4 hours of time per day. If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: My main hobby outside of gaming is music. I am very passionate about it; I play snare drum in my high school's drumline along with other percussion instruments.Did you read the staff rules?: UpdatingWindows
  7. +1 cool guy. I have seen you around and have not seen you causing any problems or minging. referral from a reputable member good paragraphs; great job at explaining your worth night hours seems like you've had a rocky history, but you have shaped it up good luck my dude, would love to see you become a staff member.
  8. You're my favorite staff to come on this server, Yama. Come back sometime bro. Good luck
  9. -1 This is kinda disappointing. Please read the staff rules and get at least 300 words in your explanation. You are an active player that I have seen around and wouldn't mind changing this to a +1 if you fix your application.
  10. Ohhh so that's what happened to Bizzy, I remember that dude
  11. +1 Although we may have had pretty minor run ins with each other, you handled them maturely and that is a quality that one would look for in a staff member. You have also staffed on MRP (whew) and you have a damn good amount of hours too. Also that story about Vivianne is very interesting... too bad they aren't manager anymore. Also no neutral responses. Best of luck! -Windows
  12. +1 Agreed. This is pretty meta just to get a warn for and could seriously compromise a base.
  13. Also fair. I figured this post would deter him from doing this again as I'm particularly annoyed by staff that get away with it. Not denying that @Sc0peis a great staff and deserves his position. But I suppose next time I can let things take care of themselves. Thanks for your response though I agree with it.
  14. Fair enough, I'm not looking for a demote here I'm just looking for a talking to.
  15. Who are you reporting? [Staff/Player]: Sc0pe Your in-game name: WindowsDefender Your SteamID (https://steamid.io/): STEAM_0:0:82803956 In-game name of reportee: Sc0pe SteamID of reportee (https://steamid.io/): STEAM_0:0:99024421 Date & Time of incident: 04/01/20 at around 5:40 Timezone: Eastern Standard Time What happened? (include any proof): Sc0pe was using /adminmode off duty as a Meth Manufacturer. The first time he used it to get a friend unstuck which is a feasible use for off-duty adminmode, but then I caught him again pulling someone away from their base. This report may be a bit far fetched so feel free to -1 if it doesn't matter enough, but I believe he was using it a bit irresponsibly and could use a talking to.
