(include any proof): I came back to Gmod today after taking a very long break, and sadly I have some random bind (which I'm yet to find) that adverts ''shut the f up you fing f***g**" . This was from a cinema server in which you could pretty much say anything you want so since I was being insulted by 2 friends I decided to fight back. I'm not homophobic and didn't mean to press the bind, I didn't even know I had it. I was afk, came back, checked my base and when I look at chat I saw that I had pressed it somehow. Maddox muted me so I went to a staff on duty that was running around to apologize since I couldn't even make a report, but I got banned for a month without a word said to me.Why should your ban be removed?: I'm very sorry that this happened, it was an accident and won't repeat.

I know that it's not like I'm straight up spraying down anyone that does anything wrong, in some situations you just can't arrest someone. People raiding a base with guns out and shooting the owners and they see me coming in to counter, am I supposed to try to arrest them? The staff member that banned me chasing a guy to kill him with his knife, stabs him once or twice and I try to kill him before he kills the civilian (which from what I saw did nothing wrong so it wasn't self defense). Am I supposed to not try to save the civillian? If yes then do you see that as me being a minge and not trying to play the game properly? Do you think I deserve to be punished for doing my job as pd? Even if certain things aren't allowed (like killing a guy to try to save whoever he's murdering and is too far away to be arrested, I don't remember that scenario perfectly anymore but I'm pretty sure that's what happened) do you think I deserve a ban for it? I just don't understand, I try to keep a clean sheet on every server I play but here I get randomly banned for mass rdm without a sit or a warning or anything, I just played for 1 or 2 hours and then got banned. I never killed 4-5 people in a row which would maybe justify a straight up ban if he was sure that those were rdms so why didn't he make a sit? Why is the other manager DarkAlias telling me to read the rules and that I can't kill raiders but then I check the rules and I can? and the staff member admits to constantly break NLR and revenge RDM as a fucking hobo and no one even mentions it. The worst is that yesterday I decided to give this server another chance and ended up having a guy constantly harass me which lead to him lying to a new staff member by saying that I was arresting everyone. The staff member teleports me and just straight up tells me that I'm going to be banned and implying that I'm lying when the other dude is just trolling the shit out of him and me. They both ganged up on me for 5+ mins giving me a massive headache until I decided to call a higher up which thankfully managed to solve the situation, I was literally about to be banned for mass RDA because some dude said I was mass rda'ing, no proof, nothing. Now that I think about it sure, forget about this appeal. I don't think I wanna be part of this community. Thanks for reading.

What I did find is that I can counter raids without advertising aka I can kill people that are raiding other players which goes against what you said. I played like I play on any other server, had a staff member break nlr a ton of times to kill me and other pds and then he bans me. I read the rules and I don't see how I broke them @DarkAlias so please help me understand what I did wrong. Obviously I'm not banned anymore but if I'm proven innocent I want the ban removed from my acc cuz otherwise I might just get instantly banned after doing a tiny thing wrong because the staff member sees that I have a mass rdm ban already. If there is no Mayor or Warden, you may unarrest, but you must have a reason. You may not want/warrant someone for having a gun out in their own base. You may not kill arrested players unless they are out of their jail cell. You may not use your battering ram to access areas that are prohibited (i.e. Mayors office,) You may counter without adverting. You may only warrant if you SEE raidables, you may not warrant based off of sound or assumption. You must enforce the laws of the city. Civil Protection may break NLR ONLY DURING PD RAIDS. Police Warden may build, but only in the jail of the PD. Only the Mayor can create the KOS sign for the PD, if there is no mayor, then the Police Chief, if there is no Police Chief or Mayor, you may not have a KOS sign. All Civil Protection requesting a warrant could be held liable for a false warrant if proof is not shown when asked.

No you didn't try to ask us again, you only asked the first time which I ignored cuz I thought you were a random, if you're staff you should have grabbed me and taken me to a sit. After that you were coming back with your knife to stab us so those weren't rdms, it was you breaking NLR and revenge RDMing because you ''don't like to be killed''. I didn't get rdmed myself so I assumed that the people getting rdmed were calling for admins which didn't show up, it's not my job to call the admins because of others. Last but not least I was a cop. Am I not allowed to kill them for those reasons? You're saying I was dealing with rdmers by killing them but that's not the case and not what I said, if people are raiding, shooting other civilians (not even in self defense) or raiding pd I'm allowed to killed them, specially if there's no way I can arrest them without dying. Stop putting words in my mouth, stop lying and admit your mistake. I rdmed you once which was a mistake because I thought that I could KOS people that ran inside pd since everyone does it, my bad on that one but after that you were always stabbing us with a knife and not asking any questions. Everyone else I killed I had a reason to and you never even took me to a sit, you just straight up banned me for ''mass rdm'' after I killed you which was a legit kill since you were stabbing someone (and killed them).

Those weren't rdms. Vapr was mad because I called him a virgin (as a joke) so he kept killing me over and over again by adverting ''raid'', killing me and then adverting ''over'' everytime I went inside someone's store/base. I'm pretty sure that isn't allowed but I ignored, I never killed him. Those logs are missing stuff, Vapr killed me at least 3 times. The server was going to shit and nobody was doing anything, check that screenshot and note that I killed hamad 3 times in 3 minutes. I don't remember perfectly but he kept breaking NLR and shooting me or something along those lines. Everyone else was legit, either because they killed someone so I killed them, they were raiding, shooting and there was also a group of people that ran inside pd with guns. Just because I killed a ''lot'' of people you can't assume that they were all RDMs. I never even killed 2 people in a row, a mass rdmer would be spraying groups down which I obviously didn't. I accidentaly killed a police officer that you were stabbing but that happens. There were a lot of mass rdmers and people constantly breaking NLR but I wasn't one of them. You admitted yourself that you broke NLR and kept coming to PD, if I can't KOS people that run inside PD (after the main lobby) then I'm sorry but insted of just coming back and killing me you could have done your job and take me to a sit. Like I said everytime I played on this server people instantly killed anyone inside PD without a warning and I never saw them getting in trouble for it so I assumed that it was allowed which is why I killed you. (include any proof): I like to play cop a lot and everytime I've played on this server I saw the cops KOS'ing everyone that went past the main lobby of pd so I assumed that it was allowed. I was running towards the pd and this hobo kept following me and asking why I killed some random guy that was shooting his sniper at someone. The hobo followed me upstairs inside pd so I killed him. He comes back (breaking NLR) and dies again. He comes back yet again and manages to kill me and the other cops. Afterwards I saw someone killing a dude in the middle of the street, I didn't even think that it was him since there's usually a ton of hobos and I was a bit far away so I couldn't check his name thus I killed him which he probably thought that it was NLR (is it? it was a completely different rp situation and I didn't even know it was the same person). Turns out that hobo that kept running inside pd and breaking NLR was staff (TheDudeAbides) and decided to ban me.Why should your ban be removed?: If killing anyone that enters pd isn't allowed then I'm sorry, you could have just warned me and I would have stopped but you kept coming so I kept doing what I thought was right.
