Well, the first one isn't necessarily bad, but it could get exploited by minges and the like. Also if you have someone prop blocking or the kind and they don't wanna undo their props then you're good banning them. I mean even if you give admins the power to move props, prop blockers would spam them and the sort. About the job one, I think it's a bad idea because there're already custom jobs and I don't think there's any need for that. Still, good people brainstorm ideas. It's always interesting seeing what twist people would give to the current game.

If they're friends and they both agree, I say it could be lifted, like when you realize a report you did was wrong (Like thinking it was RDM but it was crossfire). Although killing someone in a sit is still a bad idea, even if you know them.

This app is nothing but solid. I do will say that the second paragraph could be just a tiny bit longer, but that's just me. Also, the racism warns its a bit of a meh, really. I'm not saying it doesn't count as a warn, but I would call it a low-tier fault. Conclusion: This app is nothing but solid. SIMPLE +1

Bruh I'm always on and I've seen you a fair amount of times on, you're chill as far as I know and just have one warn in all that playtime (btw good playtime) so I don't see why you shouldn't be an admin. Although in my opinion, 3 hours seems like kinda in the limit, but I bet you'll do good in those 3 hours. Conclusion: Seems just about fine, solid +1 from me.

Every time I check, he's online. Cool dude had fun playing by his side a couple of times he let me base on his place. I don't know him much but the few times I saw him raiding bases he played by the rules. Conclusion: If the admins saw something on him, I say we give him a chance. Mildly dubious +1 but an upvote nonetheless

I beg you clarify when, I was kinda hoppin' between icefuse and garnet before really falling for garnet, and I had a lot of beef on ice fuse (lotta ppl breaking rules) , but I never had you as an admin in a sit. Bruh you did two sentences for each paragraph, maybe add some content to them? Can you be just a little more specific? You did say you do boxing, you go to work and you do racing, so I'm guessing that "most of the day" could be "I can be on most of the day except for (times when you can't because you do 3 different activities)". I mention it because I used to do boxing and you don't go for just an hour Big oof, I don't think you got it, you have to put your in-game name there. That would be perfect, and it's true that the prostitute job has been broken for a while, forcing some players to instead play thief or low-level jobs instead. TOTALLY GET THIS! I always play cop but being a normal officer has gotten kinda hard because you instantly think you should warrant someone but then it doesn't work and you have to want them, it takes time and its really something that should get seen. I can't contribute much to this specific topic, sadly, but you have my support!

(It was called Punk Arena | Public if you wanna look for it) Why should we choose you over other applicants? Well, it's a tough question, to say the least. I think I'd rather start by saying I'm really chill in general. I grew up in a big family that formed me into not really caring about insults, jokes and the sort, so I don't often get offended by simple words. I've also read the community rules several times and I think I have a pretty good knowledge of them, constantly playing by them and letting other players know before they make any big mistake. I've been involved in a few sits, too, and I've always shown proof of everything I say, mostly due to the fact that I start recording the second I enter gmod. I know my past experience as staff may not look like much, but the big problem with Counter-Strike is that you don't have that many tools to deal with troublemakers, so it was all a matter of reading the person, seeing how they behaved and differentiating between a misunderstanding and plain minging. Moving on from that, I know I'm not the most active player, but I do think I have my fair share of time in here, as I do all my homework at school and I'm free the second I get home (mainly because I like having my weekends free to "do stuff" but I never hang out anywhere, so I just hop into gmod whenever I'm bored AKA all of the time). I'm also rather mature if I can say so myself because I was raised amongst adults, and that makes me able to unbias myself and think objectively if I need to (Just as I've seen admins in sits are unbiased when making decisions). Seriously talking here, I bought gmod not long ago (Around 2 months I think) and one of the first things I did was jumping into the beautiful train that this community is. It's been around a month since I started playing more frequently, and the more I play the more fun it becomes. I even have a few friends in the server already! So when two really cool admins told me I should make a staff app, I thought maybe it was my calling to give back to the community for all the fun I've had in this month or so that I've been here for. And it really is about that, because all the fun I had was because of the admins, who filter all the players who rather have fun at the expense of others, minging and playing by their own rules. So I thought maybe I can help people have fun in here too by giving advice, properly punishing when the rules are broken and helping the community become a slightly better place for people like you and me, who (After a long day of school/work/etc) just want to hop into their favorite game and have fun with people from all around the world! I really love to be the helping hand sometimes, like when I teach a friend to play a videogame I've mastered so we can play together, so I think it would be fun to teach, enforce and understand the rules of the garnet gaming community at the same time that I show a friendly smile to all of the newcomers! To wrap it all up, I know this is probably not the best staff app you've seen, but know that I always put my %100 on everything I do (Doing homework isn't my favorite thing, but I put aside my feelings and do it all anyways e.g.) And the same would go to being an admin. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: As I previously said, I do all my homework at school, so I'm free the second I get home. So I would say I have at least 4 hours from Monday to Thursday, 7+ hours on Friday (Because I don't have my general morning to late evening shift) and basically 24 hours in weekends because I go to sleep at like 9 of the morning and wake up at 4 pm and go back playing. Wow! Really improved the app in terms of quantity! I really think you would be a great admin, as I've seen you play and I know most of this stuff is actually real (Remember every time I was police chief and you were an officer) so if I had any doubt in you, dude, you've crushed it. The only thing I gotta say is: Don't feel like you need to impress anyone here, we're all just people playing in a server, I mean it because you really seem fixated (Again, not wrong but seems kinda off) on mentioning the fact that you're serious about this and that you're responsible and all that, and as much as that's a great quality, the reality is that most admins are actually really chill and tend to fool around. I'd say a solid +1

The staff app looks good, in my opinion, maybe be a little more specific when answering things like your age (if you're only like 2 months away you could just say you're 16, e.g.) I'll just point out some stuff that as far as I know isn't necessarily wrong but still seems kinda off. Your steam profile says you barely have half that amount of time played in the whole of Gmod. I know its kinda nitpicky but I thought I would mention that. Again, it's not wrong as far as I know but it would be better if you would simply respond to the question. Are those the names of the servers? Because I have been looking around and I can't quite find them, tho' I trust him on this one. Maaaaaaybe do it a little longer, just a few more sentences, I don't know if it's the font size or what but it looks a little empty to me. Conclusion: I know I kinda sound rude but the app is really fine, I'm kinda nitpicking here because it could be a little better, but the content of the app is fine, not OUTSTANDING as some people make it but it's enough I guess.
