I'm only able to request a ban, the higher ups have to initiate the ban request. I'm not exactly sure which ranks can actually ban, I'm still relatively new to staff.

It says that I banned you, but I would have had to do your sit to do that. I have a mic and I use it all the time, so I'm confused about the whole situation.

I don't have proof, unfortunately. I see the point about the defending himself part, but he was also banned because he evaded sit, but who actually captures proof of someone evading sit? I was under the impression that sit evading is a ban. Go ahead and remove the ban. I apologize if I'm not making sense, I just had a major surgery this morning.

I honestly don't remember this kid, but if I banned him it was for a good reason, I'm not one to ban at all. you really have to do something that I believe is bad for me to ban. I do agree with El Nino on this one though, if he switched jobs, then returned to his base to destroy his printers, he shouldn't have fought back. Seeing how hitman has a permanent weapon, it kinda defeats the purpose of the rp experience. If we had proof of a damage log showing that the 4 guys damaged Ewan first, then I would consider opposing the ban, but unfortunately, the sit was handled to the best of my abilities with the details that were provided at the time, which were apparently Mass RDM (because of the 3 players that were killed) and Evading sit (he must have switched jobs while in my sit). If anyone feels that the sentence should be shortened, then all means, shorten it. I was just trying to do my job though.

I have previously owned servers, that being said, they did great until it slowly died off. I'm familiar with how the players on the server should be treated, how issues should be handled, and how the role of an admin requires maturity and a positive attitude. Exactly how I do things in life, I always give 110% in everything I do and I promise that I can take on the role of admin in the utmost professional manner. I re-read over all the staff rule and I understand that my first application was denied because I didn't put my in game name instead of just saying yes for "Did you read the staff rules" I must have just looked over it, I understand my mistake and corrected it. I usually pay attention to detail, so its rare for me to do something like that. My second application was denied because I didn't read the date correctly due to being overly excited about submitting a new application, which small mistakes like that happen to everyone, my mistake only shows how determined and eager I am to become staff. Why should I be chosen to be staff? because I will give all my spare time to help run things smoothly in the server, I have a lot of time on my hands and since Garnet's Darkrp server is the only server I play on, I would be the perfect choice for staff. I am able to quickly handle situations and make a fair decision base on what is believed to be true, with careful consideration and research. I make sure the victim gets justice and the perpetrator gets his sentencing. I don't do favoritism, I'm straight to the point and treat everyone the same. When I ran my own server, I ran it as a real government would, I had a building with real departments for each occasion. When jailed, you wouldn't just be released back into civilization, we had a hearing with 2 or more admins to make sure the person in trouble understood the issue and has corrected it.
