Alright, Im sorry for any in-convince caused I will learn from this experience!

(include any proof): I died due to fall damage, then I spawn and found that I am stuck in the roof while sampil Is aswell I then pull out my m9 bayonet and stab him to try to get unstuck (The accidental/ permission to get him unstuck) Then he killed me to get me unstuck which you can see in screenshots which worked! So then I was showing him that you can infact catch a machette by spamming e while someone throws it... after he died once we stoped and I saw feir shooting at someone in base and without think shot him (I know its against the rules to kill a rdm but it didnt ring a bell at that moment) So that totals out to x3 Accidental RDM.
