(include any proof): Chevy Sonic Typical Leader was basing at the base across from PD and Brugh and I were doing a little investigation and we were at the top of his base were I assume his base was but the 1st's door was on the roof OUTSIDE of the base itself and I went to go in the little part and he shoots me and tries to kill me. He then opens his fading door to get me out I made a report for ATT RDM and Failbase for trying to kill me outside of his base and failbase for having that outside and attempting to kill me. I made a report and Hydra claims it, I send Hydra the video of the interacting and Chevy proceeds to say Chickn and Burg (the Lead Admin) gave him permisson to have the outside base and to call it a KOS zone. I was confused because Proggy made a forum post about all the bases you CAN have a build outside your base and consider it a KOS zone and didn't see his base there. I didn't know Chickn and Burg could go over Proggy that hints me making this forum report. Facts!!!

1) Add a duel NPC like in DarkRP that can take groups of 1v1 / 2v2 to add more fun during down time 2) Add a Bail / Bond NPC outside of Brig 3) More Passive RP quests / missions 4) A NPC where players can go and sell their ingame items from crafting like a server wide auction house 5) Add a Lottery or Auction that players can buy into and win ingame items like scopes or craft able accessories 6) Add Slot machines in the Bar room like from CityRP. Ex: Normal Slots / Black Jack / Roulette
