I have seen you throw at false accusations without any proof.
I haven’t seen you as active as of lately. All you talk about in the app is about marines and not really anything about the community. I haven’t seen you engage with anyone except former marsoc and a little bit of marines.

Conway only has good intentions within the server. I have seen active within in-game and on teamspeak. He is wonderful staff on teamspeak and forums. He shows no bias toward anyone and I believe he would make a great addition to the staff team

Description: I am requesting that the appeal part in bans be added automatically. This was added in DRP within the update of 11/05/19.

Reasoning: [how would this benefit our server?] Since I have seen staff rarely put the appeal part in bans it would just be automatic and avoid any confusion.

Spired Massed last night and he received the normal punishment for 2 weeks. He then told me in teamspeak that he was told by an officer to kill 2GA Pvts (not recruits). I asked him for the officers name so I can speak with them and did not get a name nor a clear answer.

I rewatched the clip like ten times and it does sound like you did say gay. Due to the fact there is proof I will have to -1.
I hear no sign of “gang”P.S - If the staff member believes that it is offensive/disrespectful it is worthy of a wan because you shouldn’t be saying it anyway.

This may be a stretch but why dont you use your own machine.
Get a dedicated server and use voxility anti-ddos.
Or OVH as I know they have pretty decent ddos prot.
Or use no DDos prot.
This is just an suggestion btw.

I never told you a certain staff member was "spectating you" I jokingly told you that someone is going to spectate because I thought you were good and they were baby raging and turns out that I was wrong. I never told you who or what is spectating you.

I was there when this had happened.
Bruh was not sure wither to kill or not to kill the RUs because he thought there were were inside the base. I believe they were hugging the wall at the time and he went to a soc member nearby (Regret) and he had asked him if they are KOS. Regret confirmed that they were inside the base and that they are KOS. Bruh killed them due to him thinking that they were inside the base and it getting confirmed by a fellow SEAL. He was then banned for MassRDM.
He did kill 3+ people so I can understand the ban. However, I think this would be Acc. Mass due to him not understanding and him being misinformed.

Not every single rp scenario has to be exactly in real life. If staff warned for every FailRP then you might as well warn for nailgunner for having 300 hp. It still has garry's mod aspect into it.

I still dont understand how this is FailRP. As a NailGunner you get 300 HP for a reason. This was peace time and a raid. The main reason I am appealing again was because T-Admin confirmed I could do this and the rules does not specify.

If I did do 300 HP damage to myself it would have killed me which is valid rp. However, in war you dont and that is why it is self damage.
