I've seen how mods work with people and how they get proof and everything required for a jail/temp ban/perma ban. I tend to not try to even bend rules because I don't like interventions, but if I see someone else breaking or bending the rules, I'll usually tell them to stop or inform a superior about them if they don't stop. My microphone is very clear and I very rarely have any background noise aside from the noise of my fan, and most of the time I pay attention to things unless I 1) know it or 2) deem it unimportant, and in my opinion all sits and reports are important. I try to be as direct as possible with matters of rulebreaking and other times of disrespect towards a person or people to tell them to stop, so I won't try to soften the blow or let them off easy, they'll know they screwed up. I tend to know when I can't handle something, so I'll be able to call another moderator (if I get accepted) to help out with a report and see that the correct person gets punished due to a crime, whether it be a false report or mass RDM. I won't abuse my powers because it would just be wrong to be accepted and trusted with such a huge task just to get rid of those I don't like or who annoy me. I won't pick favorites, even if it's my best friend propblocking, it won't matter, I'll treat them the same as everyone else in a report, and they'll get the same level of punishment as everyone else. I won't mistreat anyone in OOC or the such, due to 1) it being against the rules 2) being a dick move and 3) making me feel like a bad person. I'll take matters to heart, if I accidentally punish the wrong person, I'll instantly remove the falsely accused's punishment and find who the actual offender is and won't sleep until either myself or a colleague find them. I'll try to be on as much as humanly possible, since I'm applying to the staff not for the perks, but for helping out a server I love, if I'm not joining, it's either because I'm not offline, or the DarkRP server bores me to the point where I don't even want to play anything else.
