1. Att. RDM in a sit: I was in the middle of a raid, and I was already Knifing when you dragged me into the sit. 2. Diss in a sit: There was no "diss" in said sit. I was yelling because you two kept talking over me and wouldn't let me explain my case. 3. Building while being raided: This is the only one that's "true," however the problem that I made in my original post is still there.

(include any proof): During a sit in my earlier report, it became blatantly obvious that Yamagata and the reporter (I think his name had Diego in it) were in Cohorts. Coupled with the fact by neither of them acknowledging anything I had to say, as well as Yamagata blatantly ignoring any of my efforts to defend myself and banning me, It's obvious that this staff has either had bias in his decision or simply does not care about his job.

(include any proof): I literally JUST got to level 50, and attempted to be Mayor. Was instantly PD-Raided without any time to place a building sign. OK. 2nd time. It happens again, this time WHILE I'm building in the office. Some guy came in and started swearing at me, and just giving me a hard time. I was trying to build, but I couldn't without being killed. I was brought into a sit during this raid, where I was frozen, basically talked over, and ultimately ignored. The fact that I didn't get to defend myself at all either is also a problem, which I have addressed in a seperate report. Basically, I was minged into being falsely-reported and banned. Why should your ban be removed?: The fact that the Mayor can INSTANTLY be PD-Raided before the Mayor even gets a chance to build a base is unfair. In my opinion, there should be a 1-minute grace period to allow the mayor to place building signs and/or build defences in PD before people can advert raid. As for the ban being removed, It wasn't NITRP. In no way were my actions "NITRP." Maximum that I SHOULD have been accounted for is failbasing and building during raid (although I didn't have any time.)
