I actually already made a very similar thread a while ago. Garnet (or someone else) plans on fixing this at some point. However, as this isn't fixed yet, I personally feel that you should be allowed to base in Cinema, as there's no use for it otherwise. We don't really have any exact time for when Cinema's functionality will return, so as of now Cinema Owner is indefinitely useless. When Cinema Owner's power eventually returns, I feel that the rule should be reinstated, but for now the rule could probably have a lax stance. So I suppose this is a +1? But iffy, depends on how far the progress is on the program for Chromium, if that is known at all. 9/23/2021 Reaffirming my old stance, The Cinema has been empty FOREVER. It must have been at least a year since the program has worked. Just because the addon will update sometime in the indefinite future doesn't mean we should restrict such a well-traveled area of the map to essentially sit there, empty. #FreeCinema

+1 Lot of people going back on what Frank did in the PAST, and not what Frank has done to improve himself. It would be hypocritical of me to judge Frank just on stuff that he's done in the past, and looking on the present, I've seen him help new people with the server at LEAST a couple of times. If it works out, then we have a new, very active staff member. If it doesn't and Frank screws up, then big whoop. I'm already willing to assume that if frank does get accepted, he'll be under a tight leash, so to speak, so it feels to me like either Frank is going to learn this time or he won't. Oh, alright let's just- Here we go again, with Papiraqi being overly aggressive on forums for little reason. Consider taking one of these and taking deep breaths for five minutes before you post. I get that you're angry, but you could at least try to act a BIT professional when responding to these. I also get that you may dislike Frank, but this just isn't the place for you to cyberbully him. Instead of doing all this, consider calmly refuting his claim next time.
