Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] To start, I have been a member of this community for a longggg time and have ample knowledge of the rules and playerbase. Along with general experience on the server I have hundreds of hours as a previous staff member making it easy for me to get back into the swing of things. I have a lot of reasons I put in previous applications so I don't want to reuse and recycle but to summarize... I have previous experience as a referee which allows me to deal with confrontation issues that arise especially over discrepancies in the rules. I believe I have a generally positive and friendly attitude which helps when dealing with new players and helping them with their questions. WIth that being said I would like to rejoin the team to help out with sits, also it was fun to do sits sometimes. Anyway if you check any of my other applications you can see my other previous referrals, +1s, and comments which should help show the kind of character I am for the people who don't know me. I can't even believe this is a genuine argument for this post. "You then decided to insult both Dovey and I for no apparent reason," literally right after he raided you guys dovey says "I hope your family dies of diabetes." Is this not considered harassment by your standards? According to you this the rule you are referencing: "Do not disrespect other members of the community when out-of-character (OOC)" and "Do not harass, grief, or troll players of the community." Is this not the rule you and dovey are also breaking by dissing in OOC? If Scythe is banned for this then why aren't you and dovey too? Also even IF you think he is dissing in OOC then why tf is he banned for harassment? Firstly let's breakdown you argument. These are all disses and are not any form of harassment imo. I have seen much worse with little to no repercussions. Why is that the case? If there were constant threats in the sit then I could see harassment but honestly the "evidence" you posted makes your argument less valid. When I brought you into the sit, I wanted you to show some type of remorse or maybe even apologize but you did not care. So you take a sit for someone in your party, then you decided that he is not fit for this server because he inside raided you and dissed in OOC after the fact. I don't really know what you were trying to achieve with this argument. In my opinion this is obviously favoritism and definitely not harassment. "And when I saw that two other senior level staff members agreed that you were toxic, I decided to ban you for harassment after taking into consideration you have been a long time member of the community that knows harassment is not allowed period. " Can you please name drop the other staff members since they seemed to have affected you judgment. Lastly... What are his intentions? He raided you from the inside because you let him in? Is that not the point of the whole game? He obviously got pissed once dovey said "I hope you family dies" clearly dovey intentions were to start an argument with him instead because she seemed a bit salty about losing prints. We all understand that. Don't think there was ANY underlying connotations made by him other than the ones you procured in your mind. Seems like this is just a simple situation of someone getting butthurt and an L Admin defending them because they're "friends". I think it is quite clear reading through this that YOUR intentions are to save you rank by posting this mess of a response to try and make something from nothing. I cant believe this was handled this poorly especially by an L Admin. You preach to us about being a role model when you can't even stand up to the plate yourself, admit this is a mistake and accept it. Okay so why are we trying to eliminate Alt farming when it is the main reason the server can even hit the pop it does? Alt farming is literally the ONLY way to make a lot of money quickly. Every other money making method doesn’t even come close to it. Why not make some different ways of making GOOD money so that there can be ways to compete? Why remove Alt farming without substituting in different ways to make money and keep engagement? Could the content of the server also be a point of interest? I think a lack of content is what causes credit trading. For instance back in 2019 when I was finally done with everything on the server, (Got a CC with ingame, large amount of liquid cash and a lot of bases) What do I do? There is nothing for me to buy with my money (No titles, no group system, no clan system, no perks system), literally nothing for me to invest the money I earn. I loved playing but with the lack of end game content I found ingame money selling attractive since I could still play and sell money to keep the grind going. This kept me invested in the server and still keeps me invested. There are not many servers allow the ability to exchange ingame for irl however I feel that that is one of the few reason for many money farmers staying on the server; knowing that their money could and is worth a quantifiable amount in IRL and that they can “cash out” if they wanted to. If a whale wants to pay $100 for a shit ton of ingame money, they can. We should not punish players who want to spend $10 for $100k ingame that they could have asked a dealer for and got 30x that. These people are the most dedicated and want to support the community. Maybe instead of buying from dealers the store could rework its pricing to better reflect the ingame market then you could possibly eliminate a lot of the problems. However no one is going to spend $100 for 1 million ingame or whatever the rip off is in the store atm. (THIS IS A HUGE REASON FOR IRL TRADING) Alting is a widespread method of farming and is vital to growth in the economy. I don’t think that removing alt farming and credit trades at the same time is going to help anyone. In fact it could be the nail in the coffin because that is the one part that stands out about the economy on this server. Not many servers provide the same economy like Garnet does. Credit trading is the life blood of the server economy and dictates prices across the board. If you told everyone they can’t trade for credits then almost no one would donate for ccs and stuff because many of the full time dedicated players (kids who can’t afford a cc) are the ones who farm to sell for credits so they can get that dream CC they’ve wanted. It helps to provide a way for people to donate through working on the server. Many communities that I’ve been on don’t have a system that allows someone to do that. On the one had Alt farming is out of control and I agree it does not help when server is full but, I think it is vital to the health of the server economy and presents healthy discussions between players (to an extent)

+1 could be cool to have a few more but maybe rainbow be a higher prestige item since it would be all the colors earned along the way.

Honestly with how badly this was received we should lol.

Description: I think it would be beneficial to add in a clan system to the server. This would be a section in the f4 menu where you could manage and add members and promote like you can in a steam group or clash of clans (coleaders, and elders or something along the lines. There could be a leaderboard with categories for clans to compete in (most money, player count, avg. prestige, avg. level etc.). This is just the very basic model but hopefully people could add some other suggestions along the way to help improve upon my idea. You would need to have a minimum level and a large cost like 10 mil to open a clan so that everyone is not abusing it. Maybe adding a timer so that if the leader does not log on for a certain the clan will be disbanded, (should also be a way to transfer leadership so clan can stay alive). Reasoning: I think this would help to give clans a meaning. We would all be competing against each other for the top spot on the leaderboard in whatever respective category we want. This would also a generate a friendly competition between clans generating rivalry and reasoning to work together.

First and foremost, pedophilia is no joking matter. I have no idea why you would even think it would be acceptable to say something like that in chat. There are numerous children who play across all of our servers who do not need to feel threatened by a guy making creepy "jokes". There is no way that I could see this being a joke unless you find pedophilia funny in which case I think many of my fellow peers would agree that we have a zero tolerance policy for stuff like this. I will leave it up to whomever reads this. For the staff members reading this, He just came out and said it in OOC which many people did not appreciate the reaction and a couple reports came in a few seconds after he said this. At the bottom of logs you see him damaging everyone and I had received a report from Drew along the lines of RDM. Violent Cop was trying to cause trouble if you read through the logs most of the kills on Violent are people killing him after being shot, and Drew had been shot numerous times by him so I banned you for AMRDM for the reasons listed above which I will list here for them to be more clear. 1. Shot numerous people of which I received complaints and reports for. 2. Shooting someone and then someone killing you is allowed and the person who shot is still responsible regardless of the situation. 3. You complained about Drew killing you but you shot him before he killed you on Now Drew is known to be a minge but in this scenario Violent Cop was not rping properly and decided to shoot a ton of people for no reason. And I decided to ban him for 2 weeks because of those reasons. Now about you saying its your admin sit well you are wrong because Drew actually reported you, so there was no sit sent out by you to the logs. In the image you can clearly see I am dealing with Drew's sit and not yours. So the sit was not reversed on you at all, instead you are changing up the story to make it look cleaner.
