I then reply the reason stating why i had raided the base by saying:
Context during sit: x12 should have a clip of this sit when he would be responding to this appeal. Basically what happened was he stated that i would be getting banned for harassment, along that didn't state how long the ban would be, during the sit when the clip is provided by him you can hear a tone of anger/upset coming from him. He had stated to me that i had harassed dovey. I replied in what way had i harassed her, x12 replied with i called hear names in chat and that i was toxic, i then asked trash talking is harassment?, he replied with yes it literally is,then told me that i dug myself into this hole. I did not call her any names as the chat ss provided above i had simply said that "she came on a 10 year old game seeking validation", and that "she was not good enough for vr chat so she came here". Not once did i call her a name it was simply trash talking. He did not leave any room for me to defend myself given the emotions coming from him that being anger/upset. He then replied that he would try and extend my ban during the sit.
After the ban he stated this in ooc:
Why should your ban be removed?:
The reason my ban should be removed is because this is not harassment. It is simply dissing, x12 should understand this given that he is lead admin, it would probably at most be considered diss in ooc nothing else. Other than harassment from other players stories and other staff that i had asked what would be the definition of harassment they stated it being, being near a player during there playtime constantly and ruining there experience on the server or if anything would be directed to someone for a long period of time this situation lasted no longer than five minutes, i was also never told to stop or giving a warning, even before the sit was taken he dissed me in ooc and did not prevent the situation from going on like it did and had not provided a warning that this would be a lead to harassment instead he went along with trash talking as well. Aside from my pov before i had started my side of trash talking i had left base and dovey started the trash talking by saying "i hope my whole family get diabetes", and said "i hope you die a slow death"<--- (this was in chat unable to provide ss but was stated from memory). To sum up this x12 acted unprofessional given the situation and instead contradicted himself by saying after my ban in ooc ("cant wait for the appeal, ganna be an easy one"), also along with going with no given me a chance to speak on my behalf he rushed the sit so that this would happen on the forums. If this is considered harassment then dovey should also be banned for 6 months since she had dissed me twice and i had dissed her twice (not saying that i want her banned just simply stating the logic here), also (x12 would be givin a warn in game stating "sythe you got major issues"). x12 did not assert the situation as a lead admin should be that being stopping the trash talking from both partys. And i am to say that i believe this was a biased ban because i think x12 was in the party with dovey but i have no proof of that other than x12 printers being in the base that dovey was basing at and i understand if that is not enough proof. If this would be my first ban offense on harassment then it should not be over 6 months for a diss, a normal ban would be around 2 weeks-1month.
Note: This would also be unfair if there were no consequences on x12 end in regards to the situation and him taking it un professionally as a lead admin.
