While PD, I came across two more glitches, one of them that lets you keep the pro lockpick and the second where it says you were given one but not actually received one. The first video is of you keeping the pro lockpick and the second video is of you not getting a pro lockpick.

Yeah, for reasons stated above this is too op. PD with a swat team is OP, and that's normally when there's a mayor so now they are going around and arresting everyone, so once they do a lock down and arrest everyone, they raid their bases. Yeah I love PD and would love improvements, but this is a step too far.
