  1. I think you're missing one big part of all this proof. Except for the last two spectator videos, which I adore, every other single piece of "evidence" has the following characteristics: 1. The evidence shows one perspective of a variety of engagements. In almost none of them do you even see my location. 2. The evidence is context less; I have to fill the gap in explaining certain characteristics about the clips in regards to what's leading up to an engagement. What is so frustrating on my end is that there seems to be some sort of belief that the burden of proof is on me? That I am guilty until proven innocent. Literally the only two pieces of evidence that even show my perspective and context completely support my case. "dodge the whole fact of us proving you shoot through foliage" Why do I have to prove this? The videos don't show where I am, where I'm looking, how I'm shooting... why do I need to prove this?
  2. You're absolutely right. If I was using full auto exclusively and only said the "crouching increases my accuracy excuse", I would definitely agree something was up there. The thing is, because of the same limitations you mention, I only use full auto in close range. For example, the shots in embassy (first video), the Joseph Stalin SF building video, and a few more use full-auto. For anything medium to long range, I exclusively use semi-auto. Slow firing with the M16 is very accurate and you can absolutely hit targets. Remember that semi-auto can appear like full-auto in certain cases, but it allows you to have complete control over the recoil instead of attempting to control a full-auto spray.
  3. Although I admit I can see why some of the shots may seem suspicious, it's important to recognize the "negative" as well. These are only the highlights of my game play, think about the amount of times I wasn't recorded; the amount of times I missed shots. I do have a few good shots, but my point is that I perform a lot worse than some of these shots would suggest. Take a look at the spectator reels for example, I missed several times on even close range targets. If I only had a highlight reel of your game play, wouldn't that be suspicious too? The issue I see is that people are misinterpreting what is in my opinion a highlight reel of my game play as a representation of my general performance. Also, I play a significant amount of shooter games other than Garry's Mod. 500 hours is not the total of time I have spent playing shooters at all.
  4. The CW2 weapons are used on SEVERAL Garry's Mod servers. Just making the broad statement that I knew where everyone was is an incredibly weak argument. I have addressed the videos that could be interpreted as knowing where everyone was, it feels like you're trying to take shots in the dark. Find fallacies in my responses, but otherwise I'm going to stop responding to your pointless arguments.
  5. Sorry about that. I was mixing your clip with the Arytom one, it's 3 AM and I've had to deal with 15+ clips lol. I was right above you, quite literally. The US Boardwalk side was only a little above you. I wish you had included audio, because I am sure I did not hit all of my shots during semi auto, but if you're wondering why I hit you so much is because of that close range. Also, I typically do semi-fire shots instead of full auto to hit my targets better. With crouching, semi-auto, and the fact that I was right on top of you; I don't view it as a crazy shot.
  6. The m14 can kill with two body shots if you shoot the body twice and were already at 74% health. Check the clip.
  7. Please check out my response to each video. I know most of you won't change your mind, but I would appreciate it if you kept an open mind. Thanks.
  8. I'm not sure how to respond to this, "you are not using the marksman gun in that clip"... yes I am? You're stating your opinion as a fact, I cannot respond to that in a way that would progress the debate. When I shot you "through the trees", you were in an open clearing and I had a clear shot.
  9. I definitely did not get all headshots... it would be an instant kill. The US Marksman gun will 1-shot you if I get a headshot and you aren't a donator rank with 300+ health.
  10. I had screenshot proof I believed to significantly support my case. You can read the screenshot... I saw him enter the building. I did not know he was at the corner on the right hallway, but I knew left hallway was covered by the officer you see in the video. I went to the right hallway and he was right in front of me. I can't really argue with the "locked right on to him" thing, what am I supposed to say, that is your opinion. If you're wondering why I can't record it's cause I have this piece of shit graphics card that gets 30 frames barely especially when the server is populated.

(include any proof): Russian Forces have been witch hunting a ban for hacking since my first day on Garnet Gaming (see last clip). What you will see in the report is several fishy clips alongside a -1 on this report and I will respond with my explanation for the situation. I'd ask that you attempt to be impartial and allow for a response before jumping to conclusions. For my defense I can give you two confirmed pieces of information. First of all, @Jerrr has told me staff have spectated me in the past. I can guarantee you there will be no clip that provides any reasonable evidence that I was hacking from a spectator's point of view. The evidence against me will most likely be large in quantity, but low in quality. I'd ask that the staff members who spectated me provide their honest perspective into my play style and hopefully support that I do not cheat. For those that may think that since Jerr told me I had been spectated I might attempt to act less suspicious, Jerr only stated I had been spectated in the past, not that I was being spectated at that time. If I was cheating, how would I be able to use cheats under the threat of spectators? I have received two "fishy" clips already and have prepared a response to below. https://streamable.com/ov9jx @Vizii provided this clip and asked that I comment on 1:49. Apparently @RedRum had identified the two US forces approaching him and knew that it was not me. I am not sure what's so fishy about this video. RedRum did not have a clear line-of-sight around him and he just ran over the edge of a hill into US controlled territory. I even missed a shot while shooting and I can't really see the hacky part of this clip. RedRum claims that he identified the shooters were not the two sprinters in the video, but I don't believe you can really tell. Even if those two people in front of RedRum was not me, it is clear RedRum entered heavily controlled territory. Who knows what angles he was exposed to, especially given the fact that RedRum blindly ran over a hill. Watching this video, I can easily see how fishy this looks. Honestly, if I saw this, I would strongly consider banning myself too. I would suggest watching the clip starting from 1:15 as it shows a person in the left corner of the SF building and my breach of the building looking for the SSO COL. Last night, when this event occurred, I was aware that the situation was suspicious and that is why I took the following screenshot. I completely understand why Joseph would be frustrated after what happened as he cannot see US Radio communications. As seen in the screenshot above, I asked for permission to enter the building given that I saw someone with an SSO model enter the building. I did not immediately enter and kill Joseph because it is US Base policy that if you enter the SF building without explicit authorization, you are automatically KoS and may face demotion. I did not want to risk this chance which is why I immediately asked for permission instead. For those wondering why it appeared as I went immediately right is because on the left side as seen at 1:18 was another officer positions defending the victim. When I entered the building, I did a quick left check because the kidnap victim is our number one priority and then immediately went to the right as it is the only place without a person defending it. I didn't even stop right on Joseph rather only stopping movement at the end of the hallway. Overall, I hope that screenshot gives more context into the situation and allows you to reconsider your position. I look forward to seeing the proof and providing my statement, thank you. Why should your ban be removed?: I believe I should be unbanned because although I believe there will be a large quantity of "proof", most of it will be poor in quality. As stated above, I'd ask that you carefully consider my response and that you hold the bar for hacking bans at beyond a reasonable doubt, given the large penalty associated with it. RESPONSES SHALL FOLLOW Alright let's start this adventure. Again, this one I cannot see anything significantly convincing. First of all, @Agranov was not the first individual to come from teleport tunnels, which is why we had been specifically watching it. You can quite literally see the stack of US Forces on the cap point, how is this fishy? If you're talking about my aim, you can see at 0:02 I take a crouching position which significantly improves accuracy. There is nothing more to say to this clip, this is just a clip of an accurate shot. In this clip, we see @Agranov again attempt to contest a heavily US controlled territory. The capture point is 85% US. @Agranov recklessly ran in the open multiple times. The part where I killed him starts at 0:36 when I came around the corner of the building, saw Agranov, crouched down to improve accuracy, and then fired. This is very similar to the last one in that there is nothing significantly fishy. It's just good aiming. In this clip, you see SSO Joseph Stalin run in the open in a heavily contested capture point and get sprayed by me. I was positioned at the top of boardwalk and was right above him during this engagement. Not sure what was suspicious about this. You can tell I was firing from boardwalk mountain (US Side) because Joseph was getting hurt from his right side and the way his body falls to the left. In this clip, you can see PDSS 4KT exiting boardwalk tunnels from Russian side (while having the worst resolution on the planet) getting shot by me from what appears nowhere. Boardwalk tunnels is an extremely common place for Russians to enter village from and I personally constantly watch it alongside lower tunnels for Russian movement. 4KT walked into an 85% capped region indicating this was a heavily contested zone. I was approaching from the valley coming from US Base because I had just terminated a spawn camper there when I saw 4KT stopped outside of tunnels and immediately fired on him. You can even see me at the end of the video. I understand videos like this can be strange when you can't see your attacker, but it is clear that 4KT has a significant amount of angles open to shooting. More responses shall come, this is the first batch. Thank you for keeping an open mind. How is this even fishy in the least? In this video we see PDSS Kansas rushing second floor of Embassy. At 0:03 you can clearly see me at extremely close range aiming and firing at Kansas. My fellow marines had been covering the left staircase, I was in charge of the right staircase. You got stuck on the door while I had already been shooting you meaning that I had to only point in your general direction to get accurate shots. I don't even know what's fishy about this clip to respond to. In this clip, Valor had initially cleared warehouse and was attempting to take back the point from the United States. Valor was running in the middle of warehouse quite literally in the open. At 0:07, you can see me taking cover behind the container, crouching down to improve accuracy, and firing at Valor. You can already see I was missing some shots at first but after crouching and at such close range, it was simple to hit accurate shots on Valor. I don't know what's fishy about this, again. In this short clip, you see Valor third person peeking inside teleport tunnels while I am pushing up on him. Valor did not include the first part of the clip when I had already spotted and been firing on Valor. It is not like I just magically knew Valor was behind that train, this had been an ongoing engagement. I remember this engagement clearly, the reason Valor got shot is because while third person peeking his right side was completely exposed. Especially from my angle, it was simple to get a shot off. I think there was some lag there though. Again not fishy. In this clip, you can see my frantic ask for help because 2GA were abusing the map glitch that allows you to clip into the walls around US Base. This was not the first time 2GA had done this, which is why I had stated "2ga in wall glitch", as I had seen it before. "But Bruh how did you know they were behind there you can't see them!". They were firing upon us through the wall (you can shoot people from that side of the wall, but we can't shoot back). I even said they were killing us from there? 2GA does this all the time and I'm used to it. Responded to in main post, see above. This is a great video as I can remember these shots really well (this was from the last war). In this video, Simone is running open in a heavily contest capture point (US is capping Village) when I spot him. I begin firing and although you can't hear me shooting, I miss several shots. I was positioned on the US Side of Boardwalk. What's suspicious about this? You're moving around literally in the same spot while massively in the open, what did you expect was going to happen? This was during the same war except this time Smity was approaching from the right valley. This clip was quite close in time compared to the previous one. I was again positioned on US Side of Boardwalk when I saw Smity coming down and attempting to enter the Village. Since he was right below me, getting a headshot was simple (I was on the US Marines Marksman class). Not much fighting happening in this video and thus not much to analyze. Responded to in main post, see above. Again, very close in time to the last two clips (besides the one already responded). I was on top of Boardwalk US Side, had spotted you but the trees were blocking a clean shot. Only when you were entering the house did I have a direct shot. This was with the US Marksman class. Thank you!!! Finally a spectator clip. I appreciate this significantly, although I do wish you could see my first person view. You literally see me missing like 5+ shots on the open targets in front of us (they can't fire back). Please tell me what's wrong with this clip, I think this is one of the more cleaner clips of this report. They were quite literally right below us and in the open, I had the perfect shot as a marksman. At 1:25, you see I begin to scan for further targets. If I had walls, wouldn't I just clip on to them instead of progressively scanning the surroundings of US Base? The last kill at the tunnels was because the person behind me was firing and I spotted the target as well. This is all in the video, thanks a ton for whoever recorded this! Another spectator clip, thank you again. First, you see that there are multiple Russian forces surrounding me. I even start firing after spotting one. You can see... I missed that first shot at close range lol. I go to the left because that's where the target was walking towards when some guy literally jumps out in front of me. I quickly jumped back and fired a no scope shot hitting Agranov. If you think I'm aimbotting, why did I so horribly miss my first and last shot? If this was me toggling or something similar, shouldn't this entire engagement which occurred in such a short period of time have more fishiness? I appreciate the spectator clip again. Also, this is another great clip for my defense. You can see the Russians were clearly witch hunting me. Listen to this conversation: Player 1: "Just ban him now then" Player 2: "Yeah ban him now you have your evidence" Player 3: "I don't know that didn't- that might have just been a lucky shot" Player 2: "Nooooo... he was watching- you have him from him watching people just ban him" Unless these other players were all staff members (which I'd assume not cause they're asking you to ban), this is some really concerning stuff guys... not cool. Talk about bias. A common theme amongst the evidence Let's take a look at some seriously concerning characteristics of almost all of the evidence "stacked against me". 1. All evidence except the last spectator videos lack context. You don't know what's going on at the location of the engagement. For example, in the first embassy video, one important piece of context that supports my defense is that Russian Forces were already pushing teleport tunnels which is why I was watching it in the first place. The videos don't provide this information at the least and can be very misleading. 2. All evidence except the last spectator videos lack hard evidence. In almost none but a few of the videos, do you even see my location, let alone where I am aiming. A significant amount of the responses I've seen expect me to prove that I am not guilty, when the burden of proof is on the reporter. There just is insufficient evidence in a significant amount of these videos except the spectator one to really tell many factors such as "was he aiming through foliage", "did he have a clear shot", "when did he see the victim".
  12. It is common sense that Russian's attempting to infiltrate a United States Military Base is not a potential KoS?
