Just a suggestion but you could also implement a quota for DIs weekly if the quiz system doesn't work out as planned and if they're not reaching them without a reason just remove them.

This might drive new players away because they won’t know about the option to disable it and will assume the server is extremely laggy, it’s a good idea but I don’t think it’d work out

Imo, the entire "you must go non-lethal at first" can be kinda bullcrap. In real life situations, if a weapon is drawn the cop is gonna go lethal. It is Roleplay and should be somewhat realistic to being an IRL Police Officer.
I don't think he should receive a two week for it, if anything reduce it to one week for Unintentional Mass RDM but I believe it's just a lesson learned.

This would require new Game Master ranke in-game which means you'd have to make one for each rank so you'd have the correct permissions and access to the class and then the GM members would have to be set by a Superadmin. Otherwise, every staff member would have access to it.
Additionally, Noclipping off duty shouldn't be allowed for many ranks because if I'm not mistaking you can kill people while noclipping off-duty. (I've never tried it so idk if that's false).
It can be trouble building events but it's just something that'll need to be worked around -1

that's part of the training HR should do whenever discussing the D3A Handbook, which is also used during the staff rules test. Personally, I don't see it as a huge deal (even tho it's not my choice as long as the trainer is doing the job effectively and not just rushing the trainee to the end

I tried telling you before you was even banned to quit breaking rules or you was gonna get permanently banned. You didn't seem to care and just kept breaking em. I don't think you're gonna change tbh. -1

Finally, you say you have one ban for Mass RDM but can you explain the other 4 bans you have for exceeding warn limit all from two months ago.

-1 It was changed to VIP only because back in the old day whenever anyone could use it, no telling how many times I had to ban someone for playing pornography. People who are VIP are less likely to break serious rules that will get them permanently banned.

Have fun in High School, and make it the best ya can. It's the easiest years in school if you focus on it, and can be a blast if you don't make it miserable.
