Currently, we don't feel like you'd be a good pick based on interactions with you in-game. The physical application is also lacking, try to expand on specific actions you would take to improve the server and help the staff team.
As a personal point, you were notified your paragraphs were weak, and made no effort to change it. Stands out more to me than anything else.You may reapply in 2 weeks (11/06).

ACCEPTEDWe don't feel the need to wait on this one, as the amount of referrals speak for themselves. When you came back to MRP, I was hesitant on believing you changed, but you've proven to be a valued community member, and I think you'll have no issues being staff.

ACCEPTEDYour previous experience will be extremely helpful as a staff member. In addition, the people that gave actual feedback, that is, not a disagree react, have valid points. Not to mention the staff referrals.
As discussed however, due to issues in the past, there will be a minimum three month commitment to the team. Failing to abide by this contract will result in you being blacklisted from being staff on MRP. Please keep in mind our discussion that we had.@Zachman Will be training you, though since you have been staff before, it should be quick.

We had a group going before, but the commitment was awful, so it fell apart after 5-6 sessions.
I also feel Homast is probably too busy to DM another game rn.
Also differences in playstyle were pretty jarring if I remember correctly.

I believe cringe reacts were removed from the forums, and the -rep might have been as well.
The doxx threats are a -1 from me. Granted, a good portion of the vocal rust staff team seems to like you, but I sense there's more to it than that, and my gut feeling is usually right. I don't play Rust so feel free to ignore my opinion. Either way, good luck.

The store let's you know that it's a subscription, and there's a link to tell you how to disable it.
It also says this when you're checking out in PayPal, though I don't have a screenshot for this on my phone.

Sorry for any formatting issue, remoting into my computer on my phone to post these.
Zombie also let us know via other channels that he needed staff assistance, and that one of these individuals was giving a machete to recruits. Obviously biased, because Zombie is in my faction, but he wouldn't just gun people down for no reason. Considering the names were various racial slurs, and your name appears to be Adolf, the connotation of which is obvious, you were there simply to troll.I'll leave it up to operators.

We will be going over some basic expectations and goals for RU.

I really did like Echo V1, but the framerate was atrocious if I remember correctly. The tunnels were possibly the best part of that map. I'd like to see it come back, but with framerate improvements.
However, if the community wants it now, then I'm not opposed to that either.-

I don't know the situation, usually when something happens like this, it's been accidental. That being said, you threw it on purpose, as admitted by yourself. MassRDM is a two week ban.

I had a similar experience. You yelled at a PDSS who was training on US whitelist, because no one else would, for taking the recruit out of base to show him the map. Why not put in the extra effort for new players? That's what we're looking for in staff.

I'm not going to sugarcoat it. MRP is no longer fun. Why that is for up to debate, and it varies from person to person. Not commenting on SWRP, because I don't play it.
My opinion? Mismanagement of faction leaders and repetitive gameplay have snowballed MRP into a downward spiral. The issue of "lack of peactime activities" was never an issue when we had active leadership in factions. Another huge issue is among the active community, burnout is prevalent. It sucks to get on a server with 30 people, yes. It sucks more to get on a server with 30 people, see that your base faction is dead/dying, and have very little hope it's going to turn around. This is RU in a nutshell right now. People are trying to fix it with RP and events, but I just don't see enough engagement.
At this point, in my opinion, it'd be best to shut down MRP for a bit, and start it fresh. The combat is stale, the playerbase is frustrated, and there's a lot of issues with the staff team. Otherwise, we can keep going with what we have now, appoint people that are actually putting effort into the server into the MRP leadership positions, and stop basing promotions off of sits. Those are my two solutions.
Wiping everything and starting a new community is not the way to go, the strongest thing you have is the Garnet Gaming name awareness. Remove the toxic playerbase instead.
That's my player opinion.
My professional opinion is you're expecting way, way too much out of teenagers/young adults who have zero actual management experience, and expect them to run everything. People have to learn as they go with stuff like that, and I feel you put people on blast a bit too frequently for being at the top of the chain. I can give examples privately if you'd like.All in all, I think you're a good dude Garnet. Don't let the community run you down, don't take people's retarded shit personally, and above all, don't invest an ass load of time into things that aren't paying out. Focus on Rust, that's your big money maker, and has the potential to keep the community funded for a while, so you can pursue other, more engaging, ventures.

I generally stay out of things like this.
However, I think it's kinda silly for him to get a NITRP ban for buying three doors. It's not like he bought one doors in three separate reports, it should have been a warn for FRP in my opinion.
Homast is correct in this saying it's up to staff discretion. It's really up to the operator in this case, because both sides have valid arguments.+1 because I think it's a bit of an overreaction to something that isn't deserving of a one week ban, and because no sit occurred, which never sits right with me.

Personally, I don't think the map is the issue here, but I do prefer Charharikar to Taiga v3 with the pop we have now.

I was on the fence about this one, as you did have a decent amount of staff support and referrals. However, your actions during the RU SOC meeting where you kept rejoining the SSO channel even when asked to stop, and being kicked, has led me to deny this app.
In short, the maturity issues you said were past you, clearly aren't. Keep this in mind when re-applying.
