(100 words minimum) I've Been on this server for a long time now and i've applied many times before and plan to continue applying until I become staff and one thing i have noticed during my time on the server is the lack of staff in early morning or late night I understand that most people are in bed by then or something but that's when some shit could go down and nobody would be able to do anything about it because there are no staff I hope to be able to fix this issue because I'm able to get on at most times during the afternoon and late into the night and I'm Very active I dont just sit on my ass AFK all day I actually do stuff and try to the best of my ability to make this server look good and filter out anyone who wants to harm it by reporting and doing my part in Army and I am very dedicated and determined to become staff I plan to be a good staff member because I am Very active, I don't let my emotions cloud my judgement, and I Believe that this server is great and I would like to see it grow and prosper and I hope I can be apart of that growth. (100 words minimum) When I first Joined Garnet it was big and confusing and I didnt expect to stay very long I thought that it was just gonna be another server that i hopped on for a while then never touched again but something drew me to this server and i ended up spending my entire summer break on this server and I don't regret it I enjoyed my entire time on this server and I still enjoy it. All the people you meet and all the friends you make I cannot be happier I have made so many friends and I hope to keep making more they have helped me get through some tough times. Before this server I was really mingey and stupid but as I went through the ranks and started carrying the weight of army on my shoulders I feel like I have really matured and grown and I can't thank them enough for it. I understand what it means to be staff and I believe I meet the requirements and many other people think so too. Garnet has given me so much and I just wish to give back to it I do what I can by reporting those who I believe are toxic and harmful to the server and donating but I want to do more and the staff position is perfect for that. I have been mingey in the past and have done things that are deserving of a demotion but I have learned from my mistakes I believe and am ready to take the chance at staff. I have spent so much time on this server and I plan to spend so much more time here and I can't wait to see what this server becomes in the future and I hope to be apart of that change. I have made many friends and I love spending time on here it's by far my favorite server. Every day I sign on and play and have a good time with my friends. I can't wait to see what this server will become in the future and I hope to be apart of it still this server has given me so much and I want to give back to it. I do so now by reporting people and enforcing the rules as best i can but I want to do more so I started looking at staff and I felt like i would be a perfect fit, even my friends think so. I know I have been mingey in the past and have done some things that deserve a demotion but i have been trying to change. Garnet Gaming is a home to me along with many others, and it is full of friendly and good players and staff it is my dream to be on that long list of people. Staff is a rolemodel and a force that can make or break a server and I understand this well. If I were a staff member my first thought would be to make new players have the same positive experience that I had so this server can grow. Sometimes there isn't a staff member on when there needs to be since I play from early morning to late afternoon I can take care of that problem. I want to be a good rolemodel to everyone and show people that this server is really fun and friendly and I've been trying to change and i've been more focused on my work as a 1LT by not only doing doc stuff and tryouts but by showing how a leader should act. I am extremely dedicated to this server and I wish to do more for it. What i would bring to the table is someone who is Fair and just and doesn't let their emotions get the better of them someone who is dedicated to the cause and willing to do anything to ensure that everyone has a good time. I would try my best to be the best moderator I can be and make sure everybody on the server is having a good time I love this server and everyone on it and want to help out as much as I can.
