What happened? (include any proof): I was an innocent player proven by killing a traitor which multiple people in text-chat and voice chat confirmed as it was in a very public area when I killed the traitor. The round then goes on and I am sticking around the detective (Heartbreak prince) as I want to ensure his safety to guarantee the win for the innocents. He just placed a health station and were both fully healed up when I started to type in chat to help another player that had a question about the game. I was then stabbed in the back by Protostar777 ( Traitor ) right in front of the eyes of the detective that I was staying around. The detective then opened fire with his AK47 at Protostar777 hitting him twice before realizing it was his friend and stopped firing. He then ID's my body confirming I was an innocent and allows Protostar777 to use his health station
This severely ruined my mood and overall experience on the server and ultimately made me quit for the day! I almost did not even want to return playing again today as it has left me with such a bad memory. I believe this counts as teaming as any other detective would have continued firing and not allowed the traitor kill me without repercussions and clearly only allowed him to live as they are friends. I demand justice.

Can't quite get enough evidence without spectating them in first person. 1:34 him sorta watching through the mountain top is a little odd but not nearly enough to warrant a ban. You can spectate players in first person by right clicking until you get to the player then pressing R will swap from 3rd to first person.

Not only do I have lots of knowledge of TTT but I also have lots of knowledge of staffing. On top of being very familiar with a good majority of the staff team. I believe that with my prior knowledge of being manager for several months I will be able to handle the position of trial mod to a high extent. I typically stay on later at night when most staff don't typically play. This is a rather high time for RDM and overall rule breaking which I want to break to a STOP. Waves has been nothing but an absolute pleasure to play with ever since I started playing TTT again. He knows the gamemode in and out and his great common sense. Great guy to joke around with an truly enjoy the gamemode of TTT.

On a side note pretty sure I banned your other account or possibly this same account back about 6 months ago pre- ban wipe due to administration system transfer "KOS Ghost". Anyways locking this now as its blatant.

Never have had any issues in-game nor have I seen you break any rules. You seem to enjoy TTT for having a good time rather than annoying others. You know and understand the flow of TTT and I feel like you'd do great as staff.

I am sure Garnet will be lenient enough to work with you on that as I believe its a easy fix. As far as the estimate time, there's no certain date. Typically once a week or so Garnet will go through and do all of the donation supports. Not quite sure when the last time he did them are as I don't keep up to date with them.

Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 1 paragraph] Why you Should choose me over other applicants is I believe that I am more knowledgeable about TTT in general. Within my 4.2k hours on garry's mod around 2000 of those are from TTT alone. I've been playing for around 7 years now and I know all there is about it. I am more than familiar with a large majority of the players/staff on the server along with them all knowing me. I am able to effectively and efficiently handle reports while also multitasking and doing other things such as dealing with mic spammers etc. Another big reason is how amazing I am at catching cheaters, within the past couple of days I have caught and caused a couple of cheaters to get banned, cheater go bye bye.

Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 1 paragraph]I have staffed on many servers over the years for gmod and minecraft and when a situation is presented to me I can efficiently and collectively handle them no matter what the situation entails. I know how to keep my cool in situations and I have learned over my time as staffing to calm players down if they have a problem or if they are confused about a rule etc. I know how to play TTT and if there is a new player that doesn't know how to play I can easily help them and to teach them the rules and how to play making their time on Garnets TTT more enjoyable.
I have over 2000 hours on Garry's mod playing TTT/Murder/MilRP/DarkRP/bunnyhop/basewars/cinema/sandbox/jailbreak so I know my way around GMOD. In game I show maturity and I give the same amount of respect to all members on the server. I will not show bias for any member for whatever reason and I do not favorite certain players over others when they are the target of a report or situation. I know not to abuse staff powers and I will use them responsibly and only when necessary. I have seen many different types of scenarios that players have had and I know how to handle them very efficiently so that every player is satisfied with their time on TTT.

Hello, I haven't seen your previous report or even this one until just now. But I took some time to review both and just get a overall understanding of the whole situation and here is my 2 cents. Lets start off in the beginning with the report you made on the staff member TimeVulture. What I concluded from that report was you that time took proper action on you with a rule you seemed to have broken being " No intent to play". Unlike others this rule has a wider variety of meanings. Typically how staff define in though is ruining other players experiences without care. For example hopping on a server just to RDM and not properly play the gamemode. I observed that this punishment did seem proper for this situation and thus being why Jalapeno denied the original post

This rule has been a thing for months upon months as @hysteria has shown in a reply above along with linking the original punishment guidelines. What I think that you should know is the guidelines that I posted while I was Manager was around 50% my work along with 50% of the current managers work @Jalapeno. We have a rather common mindset when it comes to the rules and overall positive environment that we want when playing on any of the GarnetGaming TTT servers.

I am a little shocked by what you stated in the quote above. To my knowledge the forums reaction system is for any and all users of the forums. Whether they have a rank or not they are allowed to show their feelings towards a post. Not quite sure where you got the assumption that a manager shouldn't utilize reactions.

I am unaware of how this works on other gamemodes such as darkRP where there is more than one manager. On TTT there is only one current manager which is obviously Jalapeno. Which over rules and oversees virtually everyone when it comes to the TTT portion of GarnetGaming. With this being said when I was the only manager 5 or so months ago I handled plenty of forums reports on myself and came to a conclusion by myself. Granted on many of them I would discuss with staff their opinions and make sure we all have a similar mindset. But nonetheless for a situation that is rather minor like this one it would not be out of the odd for Jalapeno to handle this himself.
On a side note what I find most intriguing about that post was you pointed out TimeVultures "Immature" behavior along side you being punished incorrectly for NITP. Is that I just find it quite ironic that although your calling out another person for being immature you didn't even bother to defend the punishment you received for racism, hell you didn't even mention it in the report.
