I agree while i have seen ranks called "Helper" on other servers that do assist staff in making decisions and or keeping order to the server, I think currently we have enough staff to deal with all demand and this rank would just cause more issues than its worth to keep. I can respect this opinion seeing how the player broke way to many rules for any staff to let slide. im more talking of a player rdm'd you and you immediately wanted him warned.. im just saying generally you arent that lenient towards newer players. We advocate for verbal warns as much as possible to help grow the community and teach newer players the ropes. While i firmly believe in equal punishment and non bias opinions i think that newer players should be given a helping hand when newer <30 level. Ill be deciding to change my vote on this later but for now im just not sure

Neutral. While i personally haven't had a lot of toxic encounters with you, The amount of people that are saying you are toxic leads me to believe you may be toxic. I think you should work on your approach to people and you involvement in the community a bit more before pursuing being staff. Good luck tho homie!

Ive noticed that you are more ruthless when it comes to sits. Whenever someone you report gets convicted of something you always jump to the most severe action possible. I feel as staff we should help the community grow and learn from their mistakes. Do you think its fair to punish players that are new to the game / server? (Obviously severe actions = Severe punishment) Neutral. While yes i agree that you did change for the better, I still feel your judgement is harsh to newer players and i think it would kill the newer part of the community.

That guy just needs a nitrp ban. Did you have proof of the ARDM and the NLR? +1 on a warn for Propblock and Racism in ooc

+1 Knoxx is not new to the server and should know better not to kill when not wanted. The fact Ritesh also have video evidence of this should have solidified knoxx's case and he should have received a warn AND jail. While i'm not sure if Cheerios was playing favoritism or not in that case, Cheerios should have done more for the sit than initially trying to verbally warn for those 2 rdms.

i wasnt talking anger. i was talking in general there may or may not being things said to you to target you into going beserk. it can be certain words or actions that do it. trust me dude right now is not the best time for you.

I feel like school work should come before a video game. I get the whole wanting to become staff to help players and prevent bullying but at the same time wanting to kill yourself over it is a bit much especially for a video game where you go in knowing there are going to be bullies who want to harass you. I like that your goal is to make the community better for all players so they don't get harassed but i just feel like maybe you aren't ready for a position of power is this is your attitude towards it. Everyone should keep a calm and level head about everything and i feel like if something sets you off you might go on a rampage. I have been in and helped people in this position and avoiding the problem only prolongs how long it will affect you. You should focus on being happy before you try to become staff because being staff we all get harassed constantly and you in this state will only make it worse for your condition. i get the whole wanting to focus on helping other people but right now is not the time if this is how you feel about yourself.

Neutral This also had me scratching my head. It seems like there may or may not be some bias towards players he knows / "respects" which i think isn't a good motto for staff to have. We as staff have to stay non bias to all players even if you know the person like the back of your hand. We try to keep the community fair and non chaotic and having staff that are bias towards only make it more chaotic. Whats up with the name change? I mean i get changing your name for fun im just curious. Seems a bit rushed to me i think aside from the smaller details the staff app was fine maybe work a bit on the paragraphs because to me they felt lack luster. The paragraphs didn't really stand out to me and tell me why you would be a good fit / better from the next candidate. Good luck tho homie.

Neutral. If they warden can build in the jail what is stopping him from making a OP Base in there to hide the mayor and prevent his death. It is a never ending loop for those two rules. It goes back to your other post of putting a timer on the mayor if this was enabled. So if one gets accepted the other has to get accepted to for this really to work.

DENIED Krabbe was well within his right to kill you for breaking NLR. While it is not a specified rule, Players are allowed to kill players that break NLR. In the mayors current state he cannot last 10 minutes. However, With mayor being allowed to build he could live for 10 hours. While i recommended this idea for mayor, I don't think its viable seeing how it would give no incentive for people to be mayor if they knew they were just gonna get demoted in "set amount of time". I don't think that its really worth being mayor unless you make the timer like 1-2 hours if not more to really make it worth being mayor for that time. I guess if you were to recommend this type of update for may you really have to dial it in which can take time. Neutral

Ill +1 you but i need to see you really push to making a name for yourself in the community. Right now as you said you aren't well known and people don't really know who you are. As staff we see A LOT of people and I've seen you around maybe a hand full of times which isn't a lot all things considering. Your paragraphs while big you only have one and i'm hoping you can make two and really tell us more about you and your goal as staff. You take criticism well from your last app and made this one better so good luck homie.

-1 Your paragraphs are a bit week and i don't think they really tell me who you are and what your goal is/how to benefit the server. Otherwise your staff app is pretty good. You have good potential hours towards the server and we could use more active staff. side note : stop doing that Warn 1/2/3 shit. if you are gonna be staff don't annoy staff with that anymore, seems redundant to do something purposefully that annoys staff.
