+1 It would encourage players to choose the Civil Protections jobs more often, ultimately making job's more diverse. And I do agree, I can see why it's difficult for Civil Protection to gain large income. Many players do not bail out when jailed.

+1. "If you die defending a base during a raid you may not return to the base until the raiding party has left the base." After he got killed, he didn't return to his base. He remained across his base, and I'm also seeing that staff members have different views on NLR. During this sit, I asked one staff member if it was considered NLR, he said yes. I asked another, he said no. I personally do not think it is, but if it is considered NLR, it should specify a range. I don't know Blaze very well, but I am pretty sure his intention was to not NLR. "he was across the street which is still pretty close to his base." What isn't "pretty close" then? There is no specified range, I believe. Rules should state this and should be more clear in my opinion.

I have yet to see you in game but you do have nice points and an overall solid application. Although, just like Diego said, I would re-structure your points to make it more clear. It would be nice to see you on the staff team, it's a +1.

You are a chill person to RP with and have never seen you break a rule. In regard to your application, it is well-written and has good points. However, I do suggest being more active on forums, but other than that it is a +1 for me!

It's going to be a -1 for now. Your paragraphs have increased in length but you should explain the points you made instead of just listing them. You have 8 reasons without any detail. Also, do you have any other outside hobbies or activities outside of GMod other than school? Good luck I'm changing my -1 to +1. You seem to show dedication and learn from the tips you receive to improve your application. If you do become staff, I feel you will be learning as time goes on to become a great staff member. And finally, are you certain you have no other outside activities? If you do, it would be good to add them.
