I can half agree since i think mine should just be removed since fisted said it himself it was not valid,and for the other guy to get warned since he actually does deserve it.

I never said im leaving,im fighting until i cant on this appeal just so this does not happend again to a new player that does not want to get bothered with people like you.I dont want new players to leave just because they have to deal with stuff like this.

Not really,if i was a really new person that didnt bother to use the forums and take their time to make reports and appeals i would have just left , new players dont bother to make an appeal , since they guess its normal because they see your position and think that what you did is right because you have a rank that indicates that you know what you are doing.The fact that i did this should rise awarness in the staff team,since this stuff could be happening everyday without the higher ranks knowing.

What you are saying is actually making me have trust issues in you as a staff member.I really think you should rethink what you did because if i was a new person that didnt stand up to this shit the server would have lost a player or who knows how more.

My microphone quality is actually good ingame since i heard it myself.The hissing is only when im recording.But it was 4 minutes of me telling the same thing over and over again and you just ignored me and let BINLADIN just make fun of me and tell me to `shut the fuck up ` you know what,he should get a warn for diss in sit not me.What you did was a disgrace to the staff team and i really felt shamed and personally attacked.

The whole sit i was telling you how my game sounds "like fucking windows errors" and you didnt even try to help me out.This is shameful.I was practically begging for someone to shoot so i can record it and send it to you.But i just got ignored.

The video catches almost the full sit without the part where you warned me because i was tabed out opening my recording program,i had to check the chat to make sure that you warned me since you didnt even bother to tell me.I dont think you can call this a friendly sit honestly.

If you watched the video fisted waffles clearly said `you cussed here in a sit` he did not say that i cussed at the other guy or someone else.He said it himself that i just `cussed in the sit`.Because i said the f word, which apparently is a big no no.

15 hours ago there was no audio for the file because bandicam splits the game audio and the voice audio. You have everything that happend in the video,its his word against video proof of what i said and what was said to me.Maybe he didnt catch when i said `all i said what that when someone shoots my game sounds like fucking windows errors ` because he was looking at his video.But i purely think that he just didnt even want to understand my point of view.

Thanks man i really tought i was just not even considered in the sit and talking by myself like a madman, after the sit not even 5 seconds after it , someone shot so i could record it and my ears went brr brr.It was really exaggareted and i felt attacked personally and humiliated because the admin didnt do anything when he cussed at me like that.imagine saying fuck and getting warned, and after 4 seconds someone is telling you to shut the fuck up while you are trying to explain yourself and he doesnt get warned.

Why should your warn be removed?:Because what i did is purely innocent,all i did was telling people that my game is messed up and asking how to fix it and that apparently that made me high on lsd/toxic and other mean things FistedWaffles and the other person were saying.
