However, one of the survive recon team member came back to US base and sent a bigger force to take down the RUSOC team and were able to get back the recon leader. The field medic manage to save the recon team leader despite there were 3 gunshot wounds found in his body. In the end, both side have gained nothing and lost a lot of good mans during the operation. The informant identity were never found and the RU fail to secure the prisoner long enough to make a negotiation to gain flavor on their side in this long war. A LOA max allowable date is 2 weeks. If you can't get on for more than a month I might not be able to keep you in the roster as I might not be the GA anymore after you came back. With that said I will try to make sure that you are still on the roster for the time being and leave a note so no-one remove you when we do a roster wipe as long as I am still GA. Denied Enforcing claims is allowed given the circumstance are appropriate but at the time the officer(stewtopia) only called RU to DB without KOS to unwanted/ 3 rules applied on his advert which means killing a person over and over should not be allowed. The more appropriate way to dealt with this should have been telling the officer who was calling DB to change the advert and give the minge person 15 secs to either leave the DB or stop any wrong doings at the time before killing that person. @Ozzy or @Zachman Please move to denied. Jack you a good person but not only you are being inactive during your time in staff, you also being inactive after getting GA when asked to incharge of both army and GB and resign 1 week after. I know you got some shit to deal with at the time but you can easily decline the GA offer stating that you are busy with real life stuff instead of take you position irresponsibly. Maybe come back to the server and help out a little bit make people notice you again, refine your staff app, than apply for the position I will have a change of opinion about you but for now it will be a -1 for me.

Honestly from what I saw during the time you are in GB you are barely active and I have talk to some of the people in GB and they said they barely see you either. I don't think you come back to the server and show that you have devoted to it as much as you had before. +1 He has great intention toward the server, very active and always helps the US base faction whenever he can, through the two paragraphs he has shown how to actually help the server instead of just promises stack with another promises. In the more personal opinions, Rust has clearly demonstrate the quality of leadership and teamplay through the time I spent with him. +1 big time, he is a great guy to be with in the same faction (very chill and at time very funny). He know when to be funny and when to be serious and as party stated he is very mature eventhough he is only 15. The three paragraphs he gave shows a lot of his own insights. If he keeps up the preformance I have no doubt he will be a great assist to both the staff team and the server.

I know you well enough that I can say you can be a pretty good staff member but your 2 paragraphs did not really say how you going to benefit the server if you are a staff, from what I saw it's just bunch of promises but no actual plan to me. [minimum 2 paragraphs] I have a lots of plans to help the server to grow, I have realize the pop of the server is quite low recently that why I decide to apply for staff since not many stuff is on during midnight(PST). The first plan I have is making the server more friendly like and more fun for everyone both new comers and veterans of the server. I don't have any experience on being a staff but I am willing to learn as time goes. I understand the importance of how "healthy" a server can effect the reputation of the server itself and I will definitely make sure when I am on that the server will not be harmed by the minges and the trolls as well as helping those that need help and answering their question as best as my abilities.
