Unfortunately I wasn't recording at the beginning of the sit but you were yelling and it wasn't just your mic. Your voice was cracking from you yelling and that is why I started recording.

That was the place of the sit, had I not came back it could have been argued that I ltapped

Also, you shouldn't have shortened the clip, we missed the best part of you propblocking their fading doors.

I can not control is Poopa is not on duty. I didn't break any rules.

There were a total of 4 before the raid. Poopa and I, and the 2 store owners.

They have both left the server. The report against spilq was for flase reports and trying to influence how the sit ended.

(include any proof): Hello, a little before 11pm EST I put in a report on a man for his store. After a staff member came to help and accepted my report, Poopa Consoma, Spilq started a raid on the same store that I was in with Poopa (in an admin sit.) He killed me and the staff member who was in the sit in the raid and we came back because we were in an admin sit. After he completely failed at the raid and tried to propblock it because it was a failbase, Spilq reported me for breaking NLR. Exile Banks, a VIP Mod, took the report and I tried to explain I was in an admin sit and I came back since Poopa Consoma came back. Before Exile Banks even had a chance to look at the logs Spilq decided HE should decide my punishment instead of the staff member taking care of the ticket. ( https://imgur.com/a/8lDrrnU ) Throughout the time of Exile Banks trying to check logs, Spilq continued to pressure him to punish me according to HIS standards, even though I was in an admin sit and there was no reason for a punishment. (https://imgur.com/a/Bfc714s) Even though Spilq knew I didn't have a reason to be reported he continued to tell me to blame Poopa Consoma for him reporting me and getting me warned/kicked/jailed. ( https://imgur.com/a/ML0PF4H) Even after he got his way and I was falsely jailed, he wanted my punishment, that he was in no way supposed to be in charge of, dealt the way he wanted it. ( https://imgur.com/a/3KynG9K ) I am honestly annoyed that he thinks, because he is an S.Admin he can walk over people that he doesn't like. It isn't right.

Also, I wasn't advertising my application. My application wasn't even up yet. They were helping me make it.

To the people who talked about the $5 that was a complete joke he cropped it out afterwords I said I was joking and we laughed. And to the NLR that was a mistake and hasn't happened since, and I now how bad the base disappearing looked. We switched internet providers and the internet went out a right before I died. Past experiences as staff: I staffed on Minecraft servers when I was younger. I was a t-mod and mod on Mineplex, and I ran my own private server for about a year. Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] I love this server it is a stress relief to play on it and, most, of the community is really nice and fun to RP with. I have had a staff member vouch for me and at least two others feel comfortable enough with me being staff to give me a link to the forums. I really like making DarkRP communities be a better place, yes I know that sounds corny. When I was a kid, and even now, I get so annoyed when ever people propblock spawn or try to be sly and failrp during a raid. If I become staff I hope I can help people and enforce the rules. Along with other qualifying factors, like I have previously mentioned, I have at least 100 hours of mod experience and even more as being the owner of a community. Because of this, and being a section leader in my school marching band, I have lots of people skills and if I become staff and rank up I would be a great trainer. But most importantly i'm mature. Eventually I got bored of it and my friends decided they should go rage hack on Hypixel, and asked me to join them. I was banned for 2 weeks. I have a warn on DarkRP and that is it.
